{"id":46417,"date":"2023-02-17T07:15:39","date_gmt":"2023-02-17T12:15:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=46417"},"modified":"2023-02-17T07:15:40","modified_gmt":"2023-02-17T12:15:40","slug":"judicializado-presunto-cabecilla-del-eln","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/judicializado-presunto-cabecilla-del-eln\/","title":{"rendered":"Judicializado presunto cabecilla del ELN"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n logr\u00f3 la judicializaci\u00f3n de Rub\u00e9n Edison Bedoya Bedoya, alias Rubencho, presunto cabecilla del frente Ernesto \u2018Che\u2019 Guevara del ELN que ser\u00eda el responsable de una ola de violencia contra la poblaci\u00f3n civil en Choc\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n permiti\u00f3 establecer que, como parte de un denominado control territorial que pretend\u00eda ejercer en varios municipios del departamento, habr\u00eda ordenado asesinar, a por lo menos, ocho personas entre enero y octubre de 2022, en San Jos\u00e9 del Palmar (Choc\u00f3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las v\u00edctimas del posible accionar il\u00edcito de alias Rubencho son comerciantes de la regi\u00f3n que se negaron a pagar extorsiones, pobladores que no atendieron las restricciones de movilidad que impon\u00eda el ELN en algunos horarios y sectores o j\u00f3venes que fueron se\u00f1alados por los cabecillas de la organizaci\u00f3n de participar en actos delictivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-02-17-at-7.03.08-AM.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-46420\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En uno de los hechos que se le atribuye a Bedoya Bedoya, ocurrido el 27 de febrero de 2022, hombres armados que estar\u00edan a su cargo dispararon en varias oportunidades en contra de un desmovilizado, caus\u00e1ndole la muerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro evento, registrado entre el 22 y 24 de marzo de 2022, est\u00e1 relacionado con la muerte de tres personas, dos de ellas, integrantes de una misma familia. Dos personas fueron inicialmente retenidas y asesinadas despu\u00e9s de varios d\u00edas en cautiverio, la otra muri\u00f3 luego de negarse a cumplir con una cuota de dinero que le impusieron para que pudiera ejercer su actividad comercial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un fiscal de la Delegada para la Seguridad Territorial imput\u00f3 a alias Rubencho los delitos de homicidio en persona protegida y rebeli\u00f3n.
