{"id":46850,"date":"2023-02-24T04:40:06","date_gmt":"2023-02-24T09:40:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=46850"},"modified":"2023-02-24T04:40:07","modified_gmt":"2023-02-24T09:40:07","slug":"el-crossfit-se-toma-neiva-en-mayo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/el-crossfit-se-toma-neiva-en-mayo\/","title":{"rendered":"El crossfit se toma Neiva en mayo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Con el&nbsp;<strong>fin de potenciar el crossfit en el sur de Colombia<\/strong>, se desarrollar\u00e1 en Neiva el evento&nbsp;<strong>Leader Fitness Festival,<\/strong>&nbsp;una competencia nacional de alto nivel, que reunir\u00e1 a los mejores atletas de este sistema de entrenamiento deportivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con los organizadores del evento (que se cumplir\u00e1 los d\u00edas\u00a0<strong>20 y 21 de mayo<\/strong>), esta ser\u00e1 la\u00a0<strong>primera competencia de crossfit de gran exigencia en la regi\u00f3n,<\/strong>\u00a0pero se busca posicionarla y estar a la altura de grandes ciudades para desarrollarla anualmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNos hemos venido equipando con&nbsp;<strong>\u00f3ptimas herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas, con buena implementaci\u00f3n deportiva para trabajos generales y espec\u00edficos<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s tambi\u00e9n, con personal profesional id\u00f3neo, especializado en el tema del entrenamiento deportivo, con psicolog\u00eda deportiva, con personal profesional en fisioterapia, en valoraci\u00f3n y recuperaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica, as\u00ed como tenemos excelentes equipos, aparatos y herramientas\u2026 Con el fin de entregar a la ciudad un evento de calidad.&nbsp;<strong>Todos estamos desde ya trabajando y aportamos un granito de arena,<\/strong>&nbsp;desde nuestros conocimientos para el desarrollo de esta gran iniciativa. Porque deseamos consolidar nuestra comunidad y de paso esta competencia en el sur del pa\u00eds\u201d, expres\u00f3 Jeison Villamizar, coach de crossfit y uno de los organizadores del evento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Igualmente, con esta competencia deportiva<strong>&nbsp;se pretende adem\u00e1s de incentivar el crossfit,<\/strong>&nbsp;impulsar el comercio en la regi\u00f3n, pues la convocatoria es a nivel nacional y&nbsp;<strong>pretende reunir m\u00e1s de 150 atletas<\/strong>&nbsp;para su participaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<strong>Aqu\u00ed compiten hombres y mujeres mayores de edad y para ellos distribuimos la competencia en tres categor\u00edas&nbsp;<\/strong>as\u00ed: Principiante para las personas que llevan un a\u00f1o entrenando en estas disciplinas. Aqu\u00ed se trabajar\u00e1n movimientos b\u00e1sicos y poca carga. Tambi\u00e9n tenemos la categor\u00eda intermedia para personas con experiencia de crossfit entre dos y tres a\u00f1os de pr\u00e1ctica. Es una categor\u00eda con movimientos b\u00e1sicos, pero con carga moderada.
