con&nbsp;<strong>destituci\u00f3n e inhabilidad de 17 y 18 a\u00f1os&nbsp;<\/strong>a los patrulleros de la Polic\u00eda Nacional Wilfredo Valencia P\u00e9rez y Hyalmar Juver Balaguera Siabato, respectivamente, por&nbsp;<strong>conductas de acceso carnal violento sobre una menor<\/strong>&nbsp;de edad en&nbsp; Yopal, Casanare.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La entidad confirm\u00f3 que los sancionados en medio de un servicio de patrullaje se encontraron con la v\u00edctima y un ciudadano en un terreno despoblado del barrio villa Nari\u00f1o de esa ciudad, lugar en el que la obligaron a m\u00faltiples vejaciones.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio P\u00fablico, en fallo de primera instancia, concluy\u00f3 que los uniformados Valencia P\u00e9rez y Balaguera Siabato&nbsp;<strong>exigieron al acompa\u00f1ante de la menor la suma de $500.000 mil a cambio de evitar reportarlo a la Polic\u00eda de infancia y adolescencia<\/strong>, por haberlo encontrado a solas con ella.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Procuradur\u00eda delegada de Juzgamiento 2 calific\u00f3 las conductas violatorias a la integridad de la menor y el cobro ilegal al ciudadano por parte de los patrulleros, como faltas disciplinarias grav\u00edsimas, atribuidas en forma definitiva a t\u00edtulo de dolo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Procuradur\u00eda General
