{"id":4710,"date":"2020-07-18T04:12:16","date_gmt":"2020-07-18T09:12:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=4710"},"modified":"2020-07-18T04:12:18","modified_gmt":"2020-07-18T09:12:18","slug":"cerrados-establecimientos-en-mercaneiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/cerrados-establecimientos-en-mercaneiva\/","title":{"rendered":"Cerrados establecimientos en Mercaneiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Los constantes <strong>controles <\/strong>que realiza la<strong> Secretar\u00eda de Salud municipal <\/strong>en las instalaciones de <strong>Mercaneiva<\/strong>, arrojaron un resultado positivo en la \u00faltima jornada adelantada en los diferentes establecimientos de expendio de carne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Willinton Marinez, Coordinador dimensi\u00f3n Salud Ambiental de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud de Neiva, explic\u00f3 que el operativo se desarroll\u00f3 con el prop\u00f3sito de \u00abgarantizar que se est\u00e9 cumplimiento con las normas sanitarias en el expendio y comercializaci\u00f3n de las carnes como es la de bovino, porcino, y aves\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el operativo s<strong>e sellaron dos establecimientos de expendio de carnes<\/strong>, los cuales <strong>no cumpl\u00edan con los requisitos sanitarios <\/strong>como lo es el respectivo servicio de agua potable. Por otra parte, <strong>no contaban con la norma sanitaria en materia estructural <\/strong>y no realizaban una adecuada conservaci\u00f3n de las carnes, ya que se encontraban izadas, es decir, estaban colgadas en una cuerda y no refrigeradas como establece el Decreto 1500. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los<strong> controles sanitarios<\/strong> liderados por la Secretar\u00eda de Salud <strong>continuar\u00e1n en las instalaciones de Mercaneiva<\/strong>, para as\u00ed garantizar las buenas pr\u00e1cticas de manufactura y de inocuidad e higiene en la comercializaci\u00f3n de carnes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los constantes controles que realiza la Secretar\u00eda de Salud municipal en las instalaciones de Mercaneiva, arrojaron un resultado positivo en la \u00faltima jornada adelantada en los diferentes establecimientos de expendio de carne.
