{"id":47119,"date":"2023-02-28T06:58:19","date_gmt":"2023-02-28T11:58:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=47119"},"modified":"2023-02-28T06:58:21","modified_gmt":"2023-02-28T11:58:21","slug":"madres-y-ninos-afectados-por-zika-tienen-oportunidad-de-mejorar-su-salud","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/madres-y-ninos-afectados-por-zika-tienen-oportunidad-de-mejorar-su-salud\/","title":{"rendered":"Madres y ni\u00f1os afectados por ZIKA tienen oportunidad de mejorar su salud"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En el a\u00f1o 2016 se present\u00f3 la enfermedad de Zika en el mundo y Neiva, no fue la excepci\u00f3n; este virus termin\u00f3 afectando a las madres que estaban embarazadas y que fueron contagiadas, algunos ni\u00f1os nacieron con s\u00edndrome cong\u00e9nito por Zika, desarrollando microcefalia, entre otras enfermedades que no permiten el normal desarrollo de los ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Neiva, se presentaron aproximadamente 25 casos, donde madres que hab\u00edan sido contagiadas por el virus tuvieron sus hijos con enfermedades asociadas a Zika. Ah\u00ed empez\u00f3 el calvario para ellas, porque no encontraban quien les ayudara para iniciar alguna clase de tratamiento que pudiera ayudar a sus hijos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, el Instituto Nacional de Salud inici\u00f3 un proceso de investigaci\u00f3n para determinar el comportamiento de la enfermedad y buscar la manera de ayudar a estas personas. Al necesitar una IPS que les colaborara en esta tarea, lograron un acuerdo con la ESE &#8216;Carmen Emilia Ospina&#8217;, para que les prestara la log\u00edstica necesaria y poder atender en consulta a los ni\u00f1os afectados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"47122\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-02-27-at-6.42.54-PM-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-47122\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"47123\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-02-27-at-6.42.53-PM-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-47123\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"47121\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-02-27-at-6.42.52-PM-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-47121\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La semana anterior realizaron la visita anual de seguimiento con equipos de profesionales de la salud integrado por pediatras, neuropediatras, epidemi\u00f3logos, nutricionistas, fisioterapeutas y enfermeros, entre otros, que examinaron a los peque\u00f1os para determinar si se les pueden realizar intervenciones que mejoren su calidad de vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSiempre hemos trabajado en equipo con la ESE &#8216;Carmen Emilia Ospina&#8217; para atender a estos ni\u00f1os con s\u00edndrome cong\u00e9nito por Zika, cuyas madres sufrieron la enfermedad. En Neiva son 25 ni\u00f1os a los que les hacemos seguimiento, en ocasiones esta, es la \u00fanica atenci\u00f3n que ellos reciben, porque es muy complejo, necesitan de muchos especialistas. Lo que hacemos es remitir todo lo que encuentran nuestros especialistas a su EPS para que sean atendidos de manera especial\u201d, expres\u00f3 la directora de investigaciones del Instituto Nacional de Salud, Marcela Mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte la subgerente t\u00e9cnico-cient\u00edfica de la ESE &#8216;Carmen Emilia Ospina&#8217;, Ingry Alexandra Su\u00e1rez, anot\u00f3 que \u201cel apoyo que les brinda la ESE es muy importante porque de esta manera pueden brindarle atenci\u00f3n integral a los ni\u00f1os.
