Las Ceibas \u2013 Empresas P\u00fablicas de Neiva, asegur\u00f3 el acceso a los servicios p\u00fablicos domiciliarios a todos sus clientes y suscriptores, manteniendo un est\u00e1ndar de calidad de acuerdo con la visi\u00f3n del Plan de Desarrollo Institucional \u201cAgua Territorio de Vida 2020 \u2013 2023\u201d, lo que ha permitido el crecimiento de la empresa financieramente y con capacidad organizacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Es as\u00ed, que durante la vigencia administrativa 2022, se realiz\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n de $72 mil millones, lo que permiti\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n, optimizaci\u00f3n y habilitaci\u00f3n de redes de acueducto y alcantarillado en 25.582 metros lineales, beneficiando 236.320 personas y generando 963 empleos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Las inversiones<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
En cuanto al programa de Ornato, se realizaron trabajos en 363 sectores con m\u00e1s de 1 mill\u00f3n de metros lineales intervenidos en las 10 comunas de la ciudad. A trav\u00e9s de este programa se logr\u00f3 contratar 445 personas de sectores vulnerables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Igualmente, se subsidiaron los servicios p\u00fablicos a los estratos 1 y 2 beneficiando a 90.598 suscriptores por un valor de $3.182 millones. Los recursos gestionados para acueducto y alcantarillado en el a\u00f1o 2022 ascendieron a los $51.135 millones dando soluciones al mal estado de las redes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Con las inversiones realizadas y la gesti\u00f3n comercial se logr\u00f3 disminuir el indicador de agua no contabilizada en un 4% pasando del 55% en el 2020 al 51% en el 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De igual forma, se invirti\u00f3 $199 millones en optimizaci\u00f3n a la estructura de captaci\u00f3n de aguas lluvias tipo sumidero. Adicionalmente, se realiz\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n de $7.314 millones en obras complementarias y actividades de embellecimiento del espacio p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Otra inversi\u00f3n a destacar fue la de $3.095 millones en la optimizaci\u00f3n, rehabilitaci\u00f3n y mejoramiento de 2 filtros en la planta de tratamiento el Jard\u00edn. Y se rehabilit\u00f3 pavimento r\u00edgido y flexible, en actividades conexas en tramos viales y peatonales con una inversi\u00f3n de $1.000 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La empresa de servicios p\u00fablicos realiz\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n de $499 millones para el mantenimiento y obras de limpieza de las tuber\u00edas de los colectores de aguas residuales y aguas lluvias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Zona rural<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
En zona rural fue realizada la construcci\u00f3n del acueducto en veredas del corregimiento El Cagu\u00e1n con inversi\u00f3n de $5.735 millones. Realizamos el mantenimiento y dotaci\u00f3n de los sistemas de acueducto en los corregimientos de Vegalarga, San Luis, Chapinero, R\u00edo Ceibas y Aipecito donde invertimos $1.445 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Beneficios para asentamientos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Apoyados en la aplicaci\u00f3n de esquemas diferenciales para la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio de acueducto en zonas de dif\u00edcil acceso, fueron beneficiadas 1.217 familias localizadas en 10 asentamientos humanos de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Seg\u00fan el \u00edndice de riesgo de la calidad del agua IRCA fue suministrada agua de calidad y apta para el consumo humano, cumpliendo con los est\u00e1ndares definidos por el Ministerio de Salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Finalmente, avanzamos en un 86,3% en el cumplimiento de las metas del Plan de Desarrollo. Por primera vez logramos por parte de la Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n una calificaci\u00f3n de 94 sobre 100 puntos, lo cual evidencia nuestro cumplimiento en procedimientos internos respecto a la publicaci\u00f3n y transparencia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
