{"id":47369,"date":"2023-03-03T06:49:45","date_gmt":"2023-03-03T11:49:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=47369"},"modified":"2023-03-03T06:49:46","modified_gmt":"2023-03-03T11:49:46","slug":"alcalde-de-neiva-y-su-apuesta-de-gestion-de-recursos-para-vivienda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/alcalde-de-neiva-y-su-apuesta-de-gestion-de-recursos-para-vivienda\/","title":{"rendered":"Alcalde de Neiva y su apuesta de gesti\u00f3n de recursos para vivienda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Con 4 proyectos de vivienda, la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva articula esfuerzos para dar cierre financiero con m\u00e1s de $126 mil millones a proyectos de vivienda que est\u00e1n en ejecuci\u00f3n o pr\u00f3ximos a convocarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cComo siempre estamos aunando esfuerzos con la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila, para garantizarle vivienda digna a los neivanos\u201d, expres\u00f3 el alcalde de Neiva, Gorky Mu\u00f1oz Calder\u00f3n, al terminar la reuni\u00f3n que permitir\u00eda dar el cierre financiero a cuatro proyectos habitacionales que suponen m\u00e1s de 1.500 viviendas nuevas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los proyectos?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dentro de los proyectos de vivienda se encuentran juntas de vivienda comunitaria, Fronteras del Milenio, Bosques de San Luis, Bosques de la Rebeca y Asociaci\u00f3n Fronteras del Milenio ASOFROTMILE. De los anteriores, se destaca el proyecto Bosques de la Rebeca; \u201ces un proyecto de vivienda y de parque natural tem\u00e1tico que pretende implementarse como desarrollo urban\u00edstico y tur\u00edstico para la ciudad\u201d sostuvo el burgomaestre de los neivanos. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre tanto, el Gobernador de Huila, Luis Enrique Dussan, ampli\u00f3 la informaci\u00f3n acerca de este proyecto y dijo que \u201cse sigue avanzando; ya hay varios proyectos en curso y con esta nueva noticia de Bosques de la Rebeca, ser\u00e1n 196 familias que tendr\u00e1n casa nueva\u201d a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que seguir\u00e1 trabajando de manera articulada con la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal, para jalonar m\u00e1s recursos para ejecutar en pro de la
