El acto se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el Sal\u00f3n Polivalente del Parque de la M\u00fasica, con participaci\u00f3n de la comunidad, Presidentes de Junta de Acci\u00f3n Comunal y Ediles, como lo indica la ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, el mandatario local resalt\u00f3 la ejecuci\u00f3n de obras importantes para Neiva y c\u00f3mo estas han permitido alcanzar las metas que se propuso \u201cHemos venido a decirles que a pesar de los pron\u00f3sticos negativos, tenemos un Plan de Desarrollo que hemos podido ya ejecutar en un 87% durante estos tres a\u00f1os de gobierno\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el informe presentado a la ciudadan\u00eda, en la capital huilense se han invertido m\u00e1s de 1.7 billones de pesos. Adem\u00e1s se destac\u00f3 que esta ha sido una Administraci\u00f3n que le ha apostado a la inversi\u00f3n social y el mejoramiento de las condiciones de vida de la poblaci\u00f3n, con todo lo que eso implica, servicios b\u00e1sicos, calidad educativa, mejoramiento de vivienda, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-style-rounded\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-03-04-at-9.18.21-AM.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-47460\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los puntos a tener en cuenta, es que los presentes gobiernos han tenido que librar una serie de dificultades, para poder cumplir con lo establecido en sus planes de desarrollo; la pandemia fue una de las principales, donde los recursos tuvieron que priorizarse para temas como salud y apoyo a la poblaci\u00f3n vulnerable. As\u00ed mismo, el estallido social y el paro, tambi\u00e9n implicaron un fuerte golpe para la econom\u00eda y el empleo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, el 2022 fue un a\u00f1o importante para Neiva, en materia de obras p\u00fablicas, marcando el inicio y la continuidad de iniciativas como la Circunvalar de Oriente, el Patin\u00f3dromo, la UPJ de la Comuna 8, las cuales han recibido financiaci\u00f3n del cr\u00e9dito que realiz\u00f3 la Alcald\u00eda, por un valor de $60 mil millones.<br>Por otro lado, tambi\u00e9n se invirti\u00f3 en cubiertas fotovoltaicas para polideportivos de instituciones educativas, placa huella en la zona rural, peatonalizaci\u00f3n de la Calle 8, andenizaci\u00f3n de la Carrera Segunda, mejoramiento de la malla vial, construcci\u00f3n de obras complementarias de la \u2018Ruta de la Achira\u2019, mejoramiento de las redes de acueducto y alcantarillado de la ciudad; entre otros proyectos de gran importancia para la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-style-rounded\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-03-04-at-9.18.23-AM.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-47461\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan lo expres\u00f3 el gobierno local, los importantes avances en su Plan de Desarrollo \u201cMandato Ciudadano, Territorio de Vida y Paz 2020-2023\u201d que hoy en d\u00eda alcanza el 87% de ejecuci\u00f3n se deben a la implementaci\u00f3n de cuatro l\u00edneas estrat\u00e9gicas de inversi\u00f3n, relacionadas con lo social &#8211; comunitario; infraestructura y servicios p\u00fablicos; gobernar desde y para el territorio; as\u00ed como el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico sustentable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed las cosas, este es el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o de la presente Administraci\u00f3n donde tendr\u00e1 el reto de alcanzar el 100% de ejecuci\u00f3n de sus planes y proyectos y dar por terminadas m\u00faltiples obras de infraestructura, que incluso vienen de periodos anteriores.
