empr\u00e9stito de 25 mil millones de pesos a la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal de Neiva, el concejal Germ\u00e1n Casagua quien lleg\u00f3 a la corporaci\u00f3n este periodo por el estatuto de oposici\u00f3n, se dirigi\u00f3 p\u00fablicamente para presentar la renuncia a su dignidad como concejal de Neiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHoy se ha tomado una decisi\u00f3n muy importante en donde yo considero que m\u00e1s que generar un desarrollo del municipio, profundiza la crisis que viene padeciendo la ciudad eso hace que d\u00e9 un paso delante de seguir trabajando por mi municipio con mucha responsabilidad, pero los seguiremos haciendo desde otros escenarios\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video autoplay controls Ort\u00edz, del Polo Democr\u00e1tico, a quien en las pr\u00f3ximas horas la Corporaci\u00f3n Edilicia le realizaran su respectiva toma de posesi\u00f3n como nuevamente Cabildante de los
