Durante las valoraciones m\u00e9dicas los especialistas establecieron que la paciente ten\u00eda hematomas y fracturas en diferentes partes del cuerpo. Al parecer, la mam\u00e1 y el padrastro le propinaban patadas indiscriminadamente, algunas en la cabeza que le hac\u00edan perder el sentido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-audio\"><audio controls src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/301fb27d-8ad5-4e63-a2e0-07eb35af3227.mp3\" autoplay><\/audio><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Jos\u00e9 Manuel Mart\u00ednez Malaver, director seccional Bogot\u00e1<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Con este diagn\u00f3stico, el padre biol\u00f3gico de los tres ni\u00f1os denunci\u00f3. De inmediato, un fiscal de la Seccional Bogot\u00e1 dispuso de varias labores investigativas que pusieron en evidencia el maltrato y trato degradante que enfrentaban los menores de dos, cinco y siete a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con abundantes testimonios y elementos de prueba en su contra, la pareja fue capturada en diligencias realizadas por unidades de la Polic\u00eda Nacional en el barrio El Recreo de la localidad de Bosa, en el suroccidente de Bogot\u00e1.
