{"id":48237,"date":"2023-03-14T07:15:03","date_gmt":"2023-03-14T12:15:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=48237"},"modified":"2023-03-14T07:15:03","modified_gmt":"2023-03-14T12:15:03","slug":"denuncian-presunta-falsificacion-de-documentos-para-ocupacion-de-espacio-publico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/denuncian-presunta-falsificacion-de-documentos-para-ocupacion-de-espacio-publico\/","title":{"rendered":"Denuncian presunta falsificaci\u00f3n de documentos para ocupaci\u00f3n de espacio p\u00fablico"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Una investigaci\u00f3n interna al interior de la Direcci\u00f3n de Espacio P\u00fablico, logr\u00f3 determinar que personas pertenecientes a la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal y con la participaci\u00f3n de terceros, han falsificado&nbsp; documentos que permiten la ocupaci\u00f3n de espacio p\u00fablico en la ciudad de Neiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed lo denunci\u00f3 Hugo Alberto Arciniegas Mart\u00ednez, Director de Espacio P\u00fablico, quien ya puso en conocimiento de las autoridades este hecho para que sea investigado y sancionado seg\u00fan lo estipula la ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con el funcionario, las indagaciones permiten determinar que dichas personas se encuentran visitando a los vendedores informales del municipio como a comerciantes interesados en usar, ocupar temporalmente y aprovechar econ\u00f3micamente el espacio p\u00fablico ofreci\u00e9ndoles la posibilidad de expedirle(s) en su favor, permiso(s) excepcional(es) a cambio de una contraprestaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cComo Director de Espacio P\u00fablico, coloqu\u00e9 una denuncia por falsedad en documento p\u00fablico por unos presuntos permisos de ocupaci\u00f3n de espacio y unas solicitudes a hacienda de liquidaci\u00f3n de casetas para la compra y venta de ellas\u201d sostuvo Hugo Alberto Arciniegas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/WhatsApp-Video-2023-03-13-at-5.23.18-PM-1.mp4\"><\/video><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Hugo Alberto Arciniegas Mart\u00ednez, Director de Espacio P\u00fablico.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Denuncias ciudadanas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las pesquisas a esta situaci\u00f3n que es censurada por la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal en su lucha contra la corrupci\u00f3n, surgieron luego de denuncias ciudadanas realizadas en&nbsp; operativos de control sobre espacio p\u00fablico.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEsta direcci\u00f3n municipal condena cualquier actuaci\u00f3n irregular y delictiva que empa\u00f1e el trabajo de centenares de servidores y contratistas p\u00fablicos honestos y comprometidos que hacen parte de la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde la Direcci\u00f3n de Espacio P\u00fablico de Neiva, se indic\u00f3 que, en caso de presentarse cualquier situaci\u00f3n sospechosa, se solicita informar inmediatamente a dicha dependencia municipal, ubicada en la Calle 1g bis N\u00b0 13\u00aa \u2013 25, barrio Los M\u00e1rtires.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Una investigaci\u00f3n interna al interior de la Direcci\u00f3n de Espacio P\u00fablico, logr\u00f3 determinar que personas pertenecientes a la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal y con la participaci\u00f3n de terceros, han falsificado&nbsp; documentos que permiten la ocupaci\u00f3n de espacio p\u00fablico en la ciudad de Neiva.
