personero municipal de Pitalito, Huila, Hernando Reyes Liscano, por aparentemente portar un arma de fuego sin el salvoconducto respectivo y una posible falsedad material en documento p\u00fablico.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Procuradur\u00eda Provincial de Instrucci\u00f3n de Garz\u00f3n, Huila, inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n a partir de informaci\u00f3n compartida por la Fiscal\u00eda y de analizar los reportes publicados en diferentes medios y redes sociales, en los que se indic\u00f3 que agentes de la Polic\u00eda habr\u00edan encontrado el arma en el veh\u00edculo del funcionario, tras un choque con otro automotor en una de las v\u00edas del municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre las pruebas que se analizar\u00e1n como parte de la investigaci\u00f3n, el \u00f3rgano de control verificar\u00e1 los documentos presentados por la Fiscal\u00eda en el proceso penal, as\u00ed como escuchar\u00e1 en versi\u00f3n a los agentes que adelantaron el
