{"id":48321,"date":"2023-03-15T07:13:51","date_gmt":"2023-03-15T12:13:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=48321"},"modified":"2023-03-15T07:13:52","modified_gmt":"2023-03-15T12:13:52","slug":"por-consenso-reforma-pensional-se-presentara-el-miercoles-22-de-marzo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/por-consenso-reforma-pensional-se-presentara-el-miercoles-22-de-marzo\/","title":{"rendered":"<strong>Por consenso reforma pensional se presentar\u00e1 el mi\u00e9rcoles 22 de marzo<\/strong>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u201c<em>Necesitamos un poco m\u00e1s de tiempo y por lo tanto, desde la Comisi\u00f3n de Concertaci\u00f3n en pleno y de manera un\u00e1nime, hemos acordado que el proyecto de ley sobre pensiones ser\u00e1 radicado el 22 de marzo, con el \u00e1nimo de que efectivamente podamos mejorarlo y trabajar mejor sus art\u00edculos, pero adem\u00e1s la presentaci\u00f3n general<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta declaraci\u00f3n la ministra del Trabajo, Gloria In\u00e9s Ram\u00edrez, comparti\u00f3 con los colombianos la decisi\u00f3n que se tom\u00f3 de aplazar la presentaci\u00f3n del proyecto de ley de la reforma pensional que se ten\u00eda previsto para el jueves 16 de marzo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El anuncio se conoci\u00f3 al finalizar la sesi\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Concertaci\u00f3n de Pol\u00edticas Salariales y Laborales, donde se socializ\u00f3 y entreg\u00f3 el documento borrador con 89 art\u00edculos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Hemos hecho un an\u00e1lisis juicioso sobre todo, mostrando no solamente el articulado que hemos construido, sino los estudios t\u00e9cnicos que lo acompa\u00f1an<\/em>\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la titular de la cartera laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al respecto el presidente de la Central Unitaria de Trabajadores, CUT: \u201c<em>La propuesta de reforma pensional del Gobierno recoge varias de las inquietudes del movimiento sindical, protege el ahorro de los colombianos en Colpensiones y en los fondos privados. En el corto plazo multiplica por 4, el n\u00famero de pensionados que habr\u00e1 en Colombia, cosa muy esperada y muy satisfactoria para todos los hombres y mujeres pendientes de tener un ingreso en este pa\u00eds<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, el presidente de la Sociedad de Agricultores de Colombia, SAC, Jorge Bedoya: \u201cHemos tenido una reuni\u00f3n muy esperanzadora con la presentaci\u00f3n que hizo el Ministerio del Trabajo de lo que puede ser una reforma pensional, que va de la mano de los mejores intereses para los trabajadores de nuestro pa\u00eds y para la estabilidad econ\u00f3mica de todo el sistema\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agreg\u00f3: \u201c<em>En buena hora tomamos la decisi\u00f3n y de com\u00fan acuerdo de darnos un espacio m\u00e1s en ese esp\u00edritu de concertar, partiendo de la diferencia y prorrogar esta conversaci\u00f3n hasta la pr\u00f3xima semana, fecha en la cual si hay un consenso podamos ir todos a radicar la reforma pensional al Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El borrador del nuevo sistema de protecci\u00f3n social integral para la vejez, que present\u00f3 el director de pensiones de MinTrabajo, Juan Carlos Hern\u00e1ndez, se centr\u00f3 en los pilares: solidario, semicontributivo, el contributivo y el de ahorro voluntario.<\/p>\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cNecesitamos un poco m\u00e1s de tiempo y por lo tanto, desde la Comisi\u00f3n de Concertaci\u00f3n en pleno y de manera un\u00e1nime, hemos acordado que el proyecto de ley sobre pensiones ser\u00e1 radicado el 22 de marzo, con el \u00e1nimo de que efectivamente podamos mejorarlo y trabajar mejor sus art\u00edculos, pero adem\u00e1s la presentaci\u00f3n general\u201d.
