Al parecer el implicado que fung\u00eda como padrastro de la ni\u00f1a y purgaba una condena por concierto para delinquir, hurto calificado y agravado y porte ilegal de armas de fuego en casa por c\u00e1rcel, habr\u00eda aprovechado esta condici\u00f3n para cometer el aberrante y reprochable delito de acceso carnal con menor de 14 a\u00f1os agravado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video autoplay controls src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/WhatsApp-Video-2023-03-14-at-4.26.54-PM-1.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa ni\u00f1a ya hab\u00eda dado aviso a su madre del abuso por parte de este sujeto durante la pandemia por COVID-19, sin embargo, en ese momento su progenitora pens\u00f3 que se trataba de un comentario sin sentido de la ni\u00f1a, s\u00f3lo ahora con un nuevo aviso de la menor, la mam\u00e1 la llev\u00f3 a un centro asistencial, donde determinaron que hab\u00eda sido abusada\u201d, indicaron fuentes oficiales en un comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, las autoridades dieron a conocer que, el padrastro, presunto abusador fue capturado por la Polic\u00eda Nacional y puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n; al t\u00e9rmino de las audiencias en las \u00faltimas horas, un juez le dict\u00f3 medida de aseguramiento en centro carcelario.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Departamento de Polic\u00eda del Huila, dio a conocer que, unidades de la Seccional de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal del departamento de Polic\u00eda Huila, capturaron mediante orden judicial a un sujeto que presuntamente habr\u00eda abusado de su hijastra, una ni\u00f1a de 6 a\u00f1os en tiempos de pandemia.
