{"id":48346,"date":"2023-03-15T13:43:32","date_gmt":"2023-03-15T18:43:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=48346"},"modified":"2023-03-15T13:43:33","modified_gmt":"2023-03-15T18:43:33","slug":"entre-en-operacion-laboratorio-de-procesamiento-de-cacao-en-algeciras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/entre-en-operacion-laboratorio-de-procesamiento-de-cacao-en-algeciras\/","title":{"rendered":"Entre en operaci\u00f3n laboratorio de procesamiento de cacao en Algeciras"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En la Central de Beneficio de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Productores de Cacao de Algeciras \u2013 Aprocalg, fue&nbsp;<strong>inaugurado un moderno laboratorio m\u00f3vil para la evaluaci\u00f3n de calidad y transformaci\u00f3n del cacao<\/strong>, que&nbsp;<strong>beneficiar\u00e1 a m\u00e1s de 90 productores<\/strong>&nbsp;de ese municipio, 60 de estos dedicados a la producci\u00f3n de cacao org\u00e1nico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este logro hace parte del&nbsp;<strong>proyecto Aurora financiado con recursos por el orden de los 312.000 Euros<\/strong>, el cual hace \u00e9nfasis en una&nbsp;<strong>estrategia de empalme generacional direccionada al incremento del mercado de cacao sostenible<\/strong>, con el que ser\u00e1n impactados cerca de 200 cacaocultores agremiados en la Asociaci\u00f3n de Productores de Cacao de Algeciras \u2013 Aprocalg, la Asociaci\u00f3n de Productores y Comercializadores de Cacao del municipio de Gigante \u2013 Asogigante, y la Asociaci\u00f3n de Productores y Comercializadores de Cacao en Grano, Licor de Cacao y Chocolate Amargo \u2013 Asopeca, del municipio de Campoalegre, as\u00ed como otras asociaciones de productores en el Caquet\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este proyecto que viene siendo&nbsp;<strong>ejecutado por la Corporaci\u00f3n Econexus Colombia In situ,<\/strong>&nbsp;la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila hizo una destinaci\u00f3n de recursos por el orden de los $200.000.000, permitiendo la compra de equipos y\/o herramientas para el montaje y operaci\u00f3n de estos laboratorios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este importante trabajo es complementado con la<strong>&nbsp;implementaci\u00f3n de un modelo de negocio asociativo de cacao,<\/strong>&nbsp;con el que se apunta a mercados especializados mediante la implementaci\u00f3n de pr\u00e1cticas sostenibles en procesos sociales, econ\u00f3micos y ambientales, basado en los siguientes componentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 \u2013 Mejorar la infraestructura comunitaria en el aseguramiento de la Calidad y la adaptaci\u00f3n a los impactos ambientales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 \u2013 Vincular j\u00f3venes y mujeres en procesos de formaci\u00f3n continua, cooperaci\u00f3n horizontal entre organizaciones y construcci\u00f3n de nuevos conocimientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 \u2013 Implementar una estrategia para ampliar los canales comerciales diferenciales para el cacao.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En la Central de Beneficio de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Productores de Cacao de Algeciras \u2013 Aprocalg, fue&nbsp;inaugurado un moderno laboratorio m\u00f3vil para la evaluaci\u00f3n de calidad y transformaci\u00f3n del cacao, que&nbsp;beneficiar\u00e1 a m\u00e1s de 90 productores&nbsp;de ese municipio, 60 de estos dedicados a la producci\u00f3n de cacao org\u00e1nico.
