Fue capturado este 14 de marzo en un operativo conjunto adelantado por el Cuerpo T\u00e9cnico de Investigaci\u00f3n (CTI) y tropas del Ej\u00e9rcito Nacional. Durante el procedimiento adelantado en zona boscosa de Saman\u00e1 (Caldas) fueron incautados 858 gramos de marihuana y 60 gramos de coca\u00edna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"48739\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-03-20-at-7.38.58-AM-1024x576.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-48739\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"48738\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-03-20-at-7.38.25-AM-1-1024x784.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-48738\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Osorio Giraldo tambi\u00e9n es investigado por amenazar a pobladores y comerciantes del municipio de Nari\u00f1o (Antioquia) durante un paro armado que sufri\u00f3 esa poblaci\u00f3n entre el 10 y 13 de febrero de este a\u00f1o. Al parecer detr\u00e1s de esa acci\u00f3n estar\u00eda el Clan de Oriente. El procesado no se allan\u00f3 a los cargos imputados por un fiscal de la Seccional de Antioquia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presunto cabecilla hab\u00eda logrado escapar el pasado 17 de febrero de un operativo adelantado por el CTI con el apoyo del Ej\u00e9rcito Nacional, en el municipio de Saman\u00e1. En ese procedimiento fueron incautadas armas de corto y largo alcance, m\u00e1s de 450 cartuchos y una granada de fragmentaci\u00f3n.
