General de la Naci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;orden\u00f3 la apertura de indagaci\u00f3n previa contra funcionarios por determinar del&nbsp;<strong>Ministerio de Salud y la Protecci\u00f3n Social<\/strong>, y del&nbsp;<strong>Instituto de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos<\/strong>,<strong>&nbsp;Invima<\/strong>, por la presunta omisi\u00f3n de medidas frente a la posible escasez de&nbsp;<strong>algunos medicamentos en el pa\u00eds<\/strong>, lo que afecta los derechos fundamentales a la&nbsp;<strong>salud y a la vida.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong>Sala Disciplinaria de Instrucci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se han agotado las instancias orientadas a obtener una respuesta efectiva por parte del&nbsp;<strong>Gobierno Nacional,<\/strong>&nbsp;al que desde octubre de 2022&nbsp;<strong>enviaron comunicaciones<\/strong>&nbsp;con solicitudes precisas e instando a garantizar el ininterrumpido suministro de&nbsp;<strong>medicamentos esenciales<\/strong>&nbsp;para la poblaci\u00f3n, los cuales&nbsp;<strong>resultaron infructuosos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<strong>Ente de Control<\/strong>&nbsp;ha hecho requerimientos a<strong>&nbsp;la ministra de la cartera<\/strong>&nbsp;y al director del Instituto sobre la&nbsp;<strong>problem\u00e1tica que se presenta<\/strong>&nbsp;para los afiliados al sistema general de seguridad social debido al&nbsp;<strong>desabastecimiento de insumos,<\/strong>&nbsp;y pidi\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n acerca de las medidas adoptadas para&nbsp;<strong>atender la situaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, que produjo incluso la declaratorio de alerta sanitaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong>Entidad<\/strong>&nbsp;orden\u00f3 la pr\u00e1ctica de&nbsp;<strong>pruebas documentales<\/strong>&nbsp;y testimoniales con el fin de individualizar&nbsp;<strong>los responsables,<\/strong>&nbsp;establecer la ocurrencia de conductas presuntamente irregulares,<strong>&nbsp;determinar si son constitutivas<\/strong>&nbsp;de falta disciplinaria o si se actu\u00f3 al amparo de una causal de exclusi\u00f3n de la
