{"id":48806,"date":"2023-03-22T06:48:29","date_gmt":"2023-03-22T11:48:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=48806"},"modified":"2023-03-22T06:48:30","modified_gmt":"2023-03-22T11:48:30","slug":"direccion-de-gestion-catastral-alerta-sobre-falsos-tramitadores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/direccion-de-gestion-catastral-alerta-sobre-falsos-tramitadores\/","title":{"rendered":"Direcci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n Catastral alerta sobre falsos tramitadores"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Los tr\u00e1mites de servicios catastrales son realizados en la ciudad de Neiva \u00fanicamente por la Direcci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n Catastral, ubicada en el tercer piso del edificio municipal de la Alcald\u00eda, por lo que se alerta a los neivanos, sobre la presencia de un supuesto ingeniero del Instituto Geogr\u00e1fico \u2018Agust\u00edn Codazzi\u2019 (IGAC) que ha estado ofreciendo estos servicios a la ciudadan\u00eda. No se dejen enga\u00f1ar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe est\u00e1 presentando el inconveniente con una persona inescrupulosa que se hace pasar por prediador del IGAC, diciendo que va a realizar ciertas visitas t\u00e9cnicas a los predios que han hecho algunas solicitudes\u201d, expres\u00f3 la directora de Gesti\u00f3n Catastral, Ang\u00e9lica Luc\u00eda Penagos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la funcionaria, desde el a\u00f1o 2021 el municipio de Neiva fue avalado como gestor catastral, lo que significa que estos servicios son realizados \u00fanicamente por el municipio para adelantar procesos de formaci\u00f3n, actualizaci\u00f3n, conservaci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n catastral, as\u00ed como procedimientos con enfoque multiprop\u00f3sito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe le informa a la comunidad que se abstenga de recibir a cualquier persona que se haga pasar como funcionario del IGAC y remitir cualquier duda o inquietud que se tenga referente a esa persona que se identifica como el ingeniero Mauricio, quien no hace parte de la Direcci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n Catastral\u201d, manifest\u00f3 la Directora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"48808\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-03-21-at-5.38.12-PM-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-48808\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"48809\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-03-21-at-5.38.12-PM.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-48809\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstante, la funcionaria afirm\u00f3 que a partir de esta semana se estar\u00e1n realizando visitas de campo que ser\u00e1n previamente notificadas a los usuarios para llevar a cabo los procesos catastrales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cVamos a llamar o por correo electr\u00f3nico notificaremos sobre la visita y el personal que se haga presente durante el trabajo de campo, debe ir con una carta de la Direcci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n Catastral, en este caso por m\u00ed, que estoy a cargo de esta Direcci\u00f3n\u201d, sostuvo la funcionaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe aclarar a la ciudadan\u00eda que los tr\u00e1mites catastrales son gratuitos, por eso es importante que las personas est\u00e9n informadas sobre la situaci\u00f3n para que eviten ser objeto de estafas. Sin embargo, ante cualquier inquietud, apoyo u orientaci\u00f3n pueden acercarse a la oficina de la Direcci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n Catastral.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los
