{"id":49339,"date":"2023-09-15T06:54:00","date_gmt":"2023-09-15T11:54:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=49339"},"modified":"2023-12-04T15:38:58","modified_gmt":"2023-12-04T20:38:58","slug":"concejo-de-neiva-debatio-sobre-las-dificultades-en-la-malla-vial-del-municipio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/concejo-de-neiva-debatio-sobre-las-dificultades-en-la-malla-vial-del-municipio\/","title":{"rendered":"Concejo de Neiva debati\u00f3 sobre las dificultades en la malla vial del municipio"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las grandes preocupaciones de los neivanos por el mal estado de la malla vial del municipio, fueron discutidas en la corporaci\u00f3n Concejo de Neiva en el marco de una citaci\u00f3n a debate de control pol\u00edtico, que realizaron los concejales Juan Diego Amaya y Faiber Tamayo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan los cabildantes, la problem\u00e1tica con el tema de la malla vial es cr\u00edtica y esta se ha agudizado por la ola invernal y varias obras que se han iniciado para acueducto y alcantarillado, que han terminado por deteriorar las v\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLa Secretar\u00eda de Infraestructura no tuvo un plan de acci\u00f3n especial para atender la ola invernal respecto al mantenimiento de la malla vial, la malla vial sigue siendo desatendida, en gran medida porque no se invierten recursos, se van para reposici\u00f3n de alcantarillado, que es importante pero no es prioritario pienso yo; tambi\u00e9n para el sostenimiento de la planta de personal, est\u00e1 en 70 mil millones al a\u00f1o y no se invierte para cosas elementales como la malla vial\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el concejal Juan Diego Amaya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"49342\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-03-28-at-8.08.14-PM-1024x682.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-49342\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"49341\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-03-28-at-8.08.15-PM-1-1024x682.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-49341\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"49343\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-03-28-at-8.08.15-PM-1024x682.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-49343\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sumado a eso, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que Las Ceibas \u2013 Empresas P\u00fablicas de Neiva,&nbsp; ha iniciado obras que ha dejado abiertas durante cinco o seis meses, recrudeciendo el problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEn ese sentido hay un llamado de atenci\u00f3n, necesitamos que trabajen las dos entidades de forma articulada, que realmente piensen en 360 mil neivanos\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte, el concejal Faiber Tamayo, tambi\u00e9n citante del debate, se mostr\u00f3 preocupado por la inversi\u00f3n que se realiza en el mantenimiento de la malla vial, al considerar que no es suficiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cQuedamos muy preocupados porque el presupuesto que maneja el municipio para el tema de infraestructura es de 1460 millones, eso es muy poco para la demanda y las v\u00edas destrozadas y desbaratadas. Que tengan una cuadrilla de 6 o 7 personas es muy preocupante\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y agreg\u00f3, \u201cEstamos cansados de ver tantos huecos y tanta obras de Empresas P\u00fablicas que las inician pero no las terminan y no dejan el pavimento igual a como estaba. Pienso que hay una falta de respeto con la ciudad y estamos muy preocupados por el tema de las v\u00edas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"49344\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-03-28-at-8.08.16-PM-1-1024x682.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-49344\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"49345\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-03-28-at-8.08.16-PM-2-1024x682.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-49345\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Los citados responden<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La gerente de Las Ceibas, Gloria Constanza Vanegas, afirm\u00f3 que vienen haciendo un trabajo articulado, con la Secretar\u00eda de V\u00edas, para intervenir acueducto y alcantarillado y las v\u00edas del municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAl momento de hacer parcheo, al momento de hacer restituci\u00f3n de pavimento s\u00ed tenemos coordinaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de mesas de trabajo y oficios que le enviamos a la Secretar\u00eda cuando vamos a hacer intervenciones\u201d, acot\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte, el secretario de V\u00edas e Infraestructura, Amaury Fl\u00f3rez, indic\u00f3 que el problema viene de tiempo atr\u00e1s, pero que la administraci\u00f3n ya tiene unos recursos de regal\u00edas destinados a la intervenci\u00f3n de la malla vial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLos concejales han preguntado por el mal estado de la malla vial, una malla vial que est\u00e1 administraci\u00f3n ha reconocido que se encuentra en mal estado porque no han tenido los mantenimientos en administraciones anteriores y que nuestro alcalde, Gorky Mu\u00f1oz Calder\u00f3n ha invertido en saneamiento b\u00e1sico, es decir, dentro de las tuber\u00edas de agua potable, alcantarillado y aguas lluvias, y eso hace que se deteriore el pavimento\u201d, expres\u00f3 el funcionario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que la administraci\u00f3n tiene asignados m\u00e1s de 15 mil millones de pesos&nbsp; del Sistema General de Regal\u00edas \u2013 SGR, \u201cque van directo a la intervenci\u00f3n de la malla vial del municipio\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Las grandes preocupaciones de los neivanos por el mal estado de la malla vial del municipio, fueron discutidas en la corporaci\u00f3n Concejo de Neiva en el marco de una citaci\u00f3n a debate de control pol\u00edtico, que realizaron los concejales Juan Diego Amaya y Faiber Tamayo.
