la calle 87 A con carrera 8 del barrio Carbonell, la captura por orden judicial de un hombre de 25 a\u00f1os, conocido como \u2018Fabi\u00e1n\u2019, quien verificado su documento de identidad, es requerido por la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n por el delito de Acceso Carnal Violento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEste sujeto, de acuerdo a las observaciones descritas en la orden de captura, es requerido, con el prop\u00f3sito de comparecer al proceso que se le adelanta por mencionado delito, del cual, es presuntamente se\u00f1alado por la v\u00edctima, como el responsable de los hechos sucedidos la madrugada del d\u00eda 14 de junio de 2019\u201d, indicaron las fuentes oficiales en un comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed las cosas, la persona capturada fue dejada a disposici\u00f3n de la fiscal\u00eda, quien despu\u00e9s de avalada su captura e imputado el delito en menci\u00f3n ante el juez de control de garant\u00edas, decidi\u00f3 no solicitar medida de aseguramiento, entre
