En ese sentido, quiero informarle hoy al presidente Gustavo Petro y al pa\u00eds, que hemos resuelto el caso\u201d, asegur\u00f3 el Fiscal General.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego del trabajo de un equipo Especializado del Grupo de Amenazas de la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional Contra las Violaciones a los Derechos Humanos, fue identificado el se\u00f1or Andr\u00e9s Mauricio Herrera Chingate, quien a trav\u00e9s de una de sus cuentas en una red social difundi\u00f3 las intimidaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl mencionado se\u00f1or Herrera fue citado a interrogatorio y acept\u00f3 la responsabilidad en los hechos. En los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas ser\u00e1 imputado por el delito de amenazas contra defensores de derechos humanos y servidores p\u00fablicos\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el jefe del ente
