quien ten\u00eda orden de captura por acceso carnal abusivo con menor de catorce a\u00f1os agravado en concurso Homog\u00e9neo y Sucesivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa captura fue realizada por hechos ocurridos durante los a\u00f1os 2006 al 2015, siendo v\u00edctima para ese entonces un menor de edad, los hechos fueron presentados en el barrio Villa Cecilia Comuna 2 de la Ciudad de Neiva, este hombre quien por su cercan\u00eda con el n\u00facleo familiar de la v\u00edctima se aprovechaba para cometer de forma sucesiva esta acci\u00f3n violenta\u201d, indicaron las autoridades en un comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, las fuentes oficiales revelaron que el implicado fue dejado a disposici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda quien ser\u00e1 el encargado de resolverle su situaci\u00f3n
