{"id":50002,"date":"2023-04-09T05:45:28","date_gmt":"2023-04-09T10:45:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=50002"},"modified":"2023-04-09T05:45:29","modified_gmt":"2023-04-09T10:45:29","slug":"anla-y-minambiente-a-responder-ante-el-congreso-por-compromisos-pendientes-tras-la-construccion-del-quimbo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/anla-y-minambiente-a-responder-ante-el-congreso-por-compromisos-pendientes-tras-la-construccion-del-quimbo\/","title":{"rendered":"ANLA y Minambiente a responder ante el Congreso por compromisos pendientes tras la construcci\u00f3n del Quimbo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El pr\u00f3ximo mi\u00e9rcoles 12 de abril a las 9:00 a.m. en el sal\u00f3n \u201cJorge Eliecer Gait\u00e1n\u201d de Comisi\u00f3n V de la C\u00e1mara de Representantes han convocados a Audiencia de Control Pol\u00edtico para que la Autoridad Nacional de Licencias Ambientales (ANLA) y el Ministerio del Medio Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible respondan sobre los compromisos pendientes en el marco de la licencia que permiti\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n del Proyecto Hidroel\u00e9ctrico El Quimbo (PHEQ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed lo manifest\u00f3 la Representante a la C\u00e1mara por el Huila, Leyla Marleny Rinc\u00f3n Trujillo, quien reafirmo que \u201cdesde nuestro liderazgo social las m\u00faltiples afectaciones que gener\u00f3 el PH El Quimbo fueron una prioridad. Ahora, desde nuestro rol como Representante a la C\u00e1mara buscamos que este debate de control pol\u00edtico sea una llamada al gobierno del cambio para que asuma compromisos reales en torno a las m\u00faltiples fallas de la multinacional, pero tambi\u00e9n del Estado frente a su deber de proteger la vida, honra y los derechos de sus ciudadanos, del medio ambiente y de las comunidades\u201d, indic\u00f3 la Representante a la C\u00e1mara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;El objetivo de esta audiencia ser\u00e1 precisamente establecer cu\u00e1les han sido dichos incumplimientos, las medidas sancionatorias que deben interponerse y los deberes de las diferentes entidades del Estado seg\u00fan su mandato legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de los convocados y de los y las representantes integrantes de la Comisi\u00f3n V asistir\u00e1n el se\u00f1or Gobernador del Departamento del Huila, Luis Enrique Duss\u00e1n y su equipo de trabajo, representantes de la comunidad afectadas y veedur\u00edas. Tambi\u00e9n han sido invitados la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n, la Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n y la Contralor\u00eda General de la
