Las inversiones del gobierno \u201cHuila Crece\u201d han llegado a la\u00a0zona rural y urbana del municipio de Timan\u00e1,<\/strong>\u00a0y seg\u00fan Migdonia Pati\u00f1o, directora de FONVIHUILA, han sido hist\u00f3ricas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEl Gobierno Departamental est\u00e1 ejecutando inversiones muy importantes en la zona rural y urbana del municipio de Timan\u00e1 las cuales consideramos hist\u00f3ricas. Son cerca de $3.200 millones la inversi\u00f3n representadas en proyectos en mejoramientos locativos urbanos y rurales<\/strong>, reubicaci\u00f3n (viviendas nuevas) y un proyecto muy importante, el de rehabilitaci\u00f3n y reubicaci\u00f3n de viviendas por autoconstrucci\u00f3n para familias afectadas por la temporada de lluvias<\/strong>, donde el gobierno departamental ha invertido en reubicaci\u00f3n de vivienda nueva a familias afectadas por la ola invernal cerca de $1.170 millones, el gobierno municipal cerca de $795 millones y la comunidad $147 millones. En rehabilitaciones de vivienda el gobierno Huila Crece ha invertido en Timan\u00e1 aproximadamente $247 millones, el Municipio cerca de $155 millones y la comunidad unos $29 millones\u201d, indic\u00f3 la Directora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por otra parte, en mejoramientos locativos urbanos son cerca de $175 millones de pesos<\/strong> los invertidos por parte de la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila y cerca de $124 millones por parte del Municipio para tal fin. Y en mejoramientos locativos rurales la inversi\u00f3n ha sido cercana a los $138 millones por parte del gobierno \u201cHuila Crece\u201d, y por parte del Municipio de $141 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Son 281, las intervenciones realizadas en las viviendas del municipio<\/strong>, donde se han realizado 91 mejoramientos locativos, de los cuales 41 han sido rurales y 51 urbanos, 95 reubicaciones en vivienda nueva a familias afectadas por ola invernal y 95 rehabilitaciones de vivienda de familias afectadas por el mismo motivo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
