{"id":5049,"date":"2020-08-03T11:58:59","date_gmt":"2020-08-03T16:58:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=5049"},"modified":"2020-08-03T11:59:01","modified_gmt":"2020-08-03T16:59:01","slug":"presidente-descarta-reforma-tributaria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/presidente-descarta-reforma-tributaria\/","title":{"rendered":"Presidente descarta reforma tributaria"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica,  Iv\u00e1n Duque, afirm\u00f3 este lunes, en entrevista con Blu Radio, que<strong> no es el momento de pensar en la aprobaci\u00f3n de una nueva reforma tributaria,<\/strong> ni de castigar a las empresas con mayores impuestos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<strong>En medio de un pandemia no se puede hacer una reforma tributaria,<\/strong> este no es el momento de hacer una reforma tributaria\u201d, dijo el Mandatario en sus declaraciones a &#8216;Ma\u00f1anas Blu&#8217;,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta respuesta fue dada con respecto a un <strong>proyecto de ley, d<\/strong>e iniciativa parlamentaria, que se radic\u00f3 con varios cambios en temas de impuestos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDigo que no es el momento por dos razones: porque <strong>la pregunta es a qui\u00e9n le van a cobrar. <\/strong>Si volvemos a la discusi\u00f3n que siempre ha tenido el pa\u00eds, hist\u00f3ricamente, y que en este Gobierno cambiamos, que era siempre pasarles la factura a la peque\u00f1a, micro y mediana y gran empresa, si les pasan la factura, pues <strong>las empresas invierten menos, contratan menos y se recuperan menos, y mucho m\u00e1s en esta condici\u00f3n\u201d<\/strong>, manifest\u00f3 el Presidente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que \u201csi les pasan la factura a las personas que han visto afectados los ingresos en este momento, pues eso se traduce en que hay una menor demanda agregada en el pa\u00eds y, por lo tanto, se vuelve m\u00e1s lenta, m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil y m\u00e1s compleja su reactivaci\u00f3n\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingreso Solidario<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su entrevista, el Presidente Duque record\u00f3 que<strong> Ingreso Solidario, <\/strong>programa que fue creado para ayudar a los m\u00e1s vulnerables en el pa\u00eds, <strong>se extender\u00e1 hasta junio de 2021.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEse esfuerzo, desde el punto de vista de red de protecci\u00f3n social, no se ha visto en Am\u00e9rica Latina para enfrentar esta emergencia y yo creo que es algo en lo que Colombia ha mostrado progreso y ha sido reconocido por el BID (Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo), por la OCDE (Organizaci\u00f3n para la Cooperaci\u00f3n y el Desarrollo Econ\u00f3micos), por muchos organismos internacionales\u201d, subray\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el jueves pasado, el Gobierno Nacional inici\u00f3 la entrega del cuarto pago de Ingreso Solidario a 2,5 millones de familias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los pagos de Ingreso Solidario que, <strong>ascienden a los $400.000 millones<\/strong>, se realizan de manera escalonada desde el 31 de julio a los hogares beneficiarios que se encuentran bancarizados. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las entidades financieras avisar\u00e1n a los beneficiarios una vez tengan el subsidio disponible. Actualmente, se adelanta la toma de municipios, liderada por los 35 directores regionales de la entidad, para encontrar a aquellos beneficiarios que a hoy no han podido cobrar uno, dos o la totalidad
