Los impactos de bala que impactaron a la v\u00edctima, le produjeron la muerte en el lugar de los hechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Informaci\u00f3n documental, declaraciones juradas, reconocimientos fotogr\u00e1ficos, identificaci\u00f3n e individualizaci\u00f3n de personas adem\u00e1s de interceptaciones y an\u00e1lisis de l\u00edneas telef\u00f3nicas pusieron en evidencia que el procesado estar\u00eda implicado en el crimen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servidores del Cuerpo T\u00e9cnico de Investigaci\u00f3n (CTI); en conjunto con Polic\u00eda Nacional, materializaron la captura de Na\u00f1ez en el municipio de Garz\u00f3n (Huila).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por petici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda, el juez de control de garant\u00edas envi\u00f3 a prisi\u00f3n al procesado, como posible responsable de los delitos de homicidio agravado y fabricaci\u00f3n, tr\u00e1fico, porte o tenencias de armas de fuego, accesorios, partes o municiones.
