Y es que quienes decidan acogerse, deber\u00e1n cancelar solamente el 50% de lo que adeuden en comparendos realizados a partir del 31 de mayo de 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa idea es<strong> condonar el 50% del capital y adem\u00e1s el 100% de los intereses; <\/strong>esta es una muy buena oportunidad que va hasta el 31 de diciembre, con la posibilidad de solamente pagar la mitad del valor inicial del comparendo, indic\u00f3 el funcionario. Los ciudadanos tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1n generar un acuerdo de pago, difiriendo la deuda hasta por un a\u00f1o. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, la ley tambi\u00e9n establece que<strong> quienes incumplan con una sola de las cuotas pactadas, perder\u00e1n el beneficio de la amnist\u00eda<\/strong> y la autoridad de tr\u00e1nsito iniciar\u00e1 la ejecuci\u00f3n por la totalidad de lo adeudado, reportando la novedad al Sistema Integrado de informaci\u00f3n sobre multas y sanciones por infracciones de tr\u00e1nsito &#8211; SIMIT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEsta es <strong>una oportunidad muy importante y que no vuelve. <\/strong>Es de anotar que en el 2022 casi todas las licencias se vencen, entonces si las personas hasta el 31 de diciembre no pagan, cuando vayan a renovar su licencia no van a poder hacerlo; no se puede hacer tr\u00e1mites si se est\u00e1 adeudando\u201d indic\u00f3 el jefe de la dependencia en el municipio de Neiva. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aspectos a tener en cuenta <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ley 2027 tambi\u00e9n indica que<strong> a quienes se les haya inmovilizado el veh\u00edculo<\/strong> por parte de la autoridad de tr\u00e1nsito, <strong>tendr\u00e1n que estar a paz y salvo por concepto de multas <\/strong>o haber firmado un acuerdo de pago que se encuentre vigente, para poder retirar el veh\u00edculo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, deja claro que l<strong>os beneficios no se conceder\u00e1n a aquellos conductores<\/strong> que, al momento de imponerles la infracci\u00f3n, estuvieran<strong> en estado de embriaguez o bajo los efectos de  sustancias psicoactivas.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Secretario de Movilidad de Neiva, Elberto Garavito, explic\u00f3 los alcances de la ley promulgada el pasado 24 de julio, que se refiere a la amnist\u00eda que tendr\u00e1n quienes posean multas de tr\u00e1nsito.
