{"id":51620,"date":"2023-05-03T04:27:17","date_gmt":"2023-05-03T09:27:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=51620"},"modified":"2023-05-03T04:27:18","modified_gmt":"2023-05-03T09:27:18","slug":"mas-neivanos-cuentan-hoy-con-el-reconocimiento-de-uso-publico-y-de-edificaciones-de-vivienda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/mas-neivanos-cuentan-hoy-con-el-reconocimiento-de-uso-publico-y-de-edificaciones-de-vivienda\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e1s neivanos cuentan hoy con el reconocimiento de uso p\u00fablico y de edificaciones de vivienda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El alcalde de Neiva, Gorky Mu\u00f1oz Calder\u00f3n, hizo una nueva entrega de reconocimiento de uso p\u00fablico y resoluciones de reconocimiento de edificaciones de vivienda a otras diez familias del barrio Palmas II, en esta oportunidad el corregimiento de Guacirco fue el beneficiado en el reconocimiento de uso p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cCerca de cuatro mil familias se han legalizado a trav\u00e9s de asentamientos, donde a trav\u00e9s de resoluciones hemos no solamente legalizado esas cuatro mil familias, si no que le hemos titulado y reconocido a trav\u00e9s de esas resoluciones que dignifican y siembran calidad de vida para la gente\u201d, indic\u00f3 el mandatario de los neivanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-rounded\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-05-02-at-10.07.15-PM-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-51622\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el acto tambi\u00e9n se hizo entrega de reconocimientos de edificaciones de vivienda a diez familias del barrio Palmas II donde ahora ya cuentan con la documentaci\u00f3n respectiva para poder acceder a mejoramientos de vivienda de orden nacional, departamental y municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNuevamente estamos entregando diez resoluciones de reconocimiento de edificaciones para diez familias que resultaron favorecidas, las cuales viven en el barrio Palmas II de la Comuna 10 de Neiva. Este es un proceso m\u00e1s dispendioso, se requiere de la participaci\u00f3n de un equipo interdisciplinario profesional, especializado en el tema estructural, en geolog\u00eda, patolog\u00eda en donde estamos revisando la situaci\u00f3n actual de cada una de estas viviendas y haciendo las recomendaciones y dise\u00f1os para que puedan mejorar estructuralmente sus viviendas\u201d, expres\u00f3 Nelly Vega Cabrera, directora de Legalizaci\u00f3n de Asentamientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En ese sentido, la corregidora de Guacirco, Cindy Vanesa Losada, recibi\u00f3 por parte del Alcalde el reconocimiento de uso p\u00fablico donde se acredita la posesi\u00f3n y se declaran de uso p\u00fablico y servicio p\u00fablico los lotes destinados a La Casona, Parque Biosaludable, Jard\u00edn Infantil y Parque Infantil del corregimiento de Guacirco, donde por m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os esta comunidad esper\u00f3 esta gesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEl corregimiento de Guacirco ha estado muy agradecido con el se\u00f1or Alcalde y con esta Administraci\u00f3n porque a la mayor\u00eda de las veredas se les han entregado estas resoluciones de uso p\u00fablico donde se ha permitido a las comunidades que se haga inversi\u00f3n, no solo del municipio de Neiva si no de Ecopetrol y dem\u00e1s entidades nacionales y que tienen influencia en esas comunidades que por mucho tiempo han estado muy abandonadas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-rounded\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-05-02-at-10.07.16-PM-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-51623\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalmente, la comunidad que fue beneficiada de estos reconocimientos qued\u00f3 muy agradecida con la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva por hacer posible este sue\u00f1o, que llevaban luchando por muchos a\u00f1os, y que gracias a esto, hoy podr\u00e1n acceder a diferentes subsidios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMe parece fabuloso esta entrega que nos hizo el Alcalde a todas las personas de ese barrio, porque hac\u00eda m\u00e1s de 40 a\u00f1os estamos habitando y ha sido un placer, muy satisfactorio tener esta ayuda por parte de la Alcald\u00eda, vamos a tener las escrituras de las casas y as\u00ed podemos pedir ayuda para el mejoramiento de vivienda\u201d, sostuvo Carlos Mahecha, habitante de Palmas
