{"id":52211,"date":"2023-05-11T07:53:05","date_gmt":"2023-05-11T12:53:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=52211"},"modified":"2023-05-11T07:53:06","modified_gmt":"2023-05-11T12:53:06","slug":"plenaria-de-la-camara-aprobo-reforma-que-crea-la-jurisdiccion-agraria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/plenaria-de-la-camara-aprobo-reforma-que-crea-la-jurisdiccion-agraria\/","title":{"rendered":"Plenaria de la C\u00e1mara aprob\u00f3 reforma que crea la jurisdicci\u00f3n agraria."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Con el apoyo de todos los partidos, lo que le permiti\u00f3 tener una mayor\u00eda absoluta, la plenaria de la C\u00e1mara aprob\u00f3 el proyecto de acto legislativo que crea la Jurisdicci\u00f3n Agraria y Rural, para que haya jueces en los territorios que resuelvan de manera pronta los conflictos de tierras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La reforma constitucional, que es de autor\u00eda del gobierno nacional, fue aprobada en el sexto debate, ahora pasa al Senado a cumplir sus \u00faltimos dos debates para que entre en vigencia y se disponga luego de su reglamentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El representante Gabriel Becerra (Alianza Pacto Hist\u00f3rico), uno de los coordinadores, manifest\u00f3 que \u201cla C\u00e1mara le ha cumplido al campesinado, le ha cumplido al acuerdo de paz, este es de los proyectos que hemos discutido y ha tenido el respaldo de todos los partidos\u201d. Estim\u00f3 que con esta reforma \u201cestamos empezando a superar para siempre la violencia en el campo a trav\u00e9s de la justicia\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte el Partido Conservador se\u00f1al\u00f3 que gracias a la concertaci\u00f3n que hubo, se le est\u00e1 entregando una herramienta muy significativa al campo colombiano y en especial a los campesinos que requieren soluciones en sus tierras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La representante Carolina Arbel\u00e1ez, de Cambio Radical, destac\u00f3 que esta reforma lleva a que el Congreso siga adelante con los compromisos de la paz, y destac\u00f3 que se necesitan estos jueces para dirimir estos conflictos que est\u00e1n las regiones. \u201cEsta reforma se termin\u00f3 aprobando con los votos de la oposici\u00f3n, esto demuestra que podemos llegar a unos m\u00ednimos acuerdos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre tanto el ministro del Interior, Luis Fernando Velasco, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la aprobaci\u00f3n de esta jurisdicci\u00f3n, \u201ces una vieja reinvindicaci\u00f3n de los campesinos porque va a ayudar a que las personas que tienen reclamaciones de tierras, el Estado pueda servir de mediador y no tiene que acudir a otros mecanismos\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con el apoyo de todos los partidos, lo que le permiti\u00f3 tener una mayor\u00eda absoluta, la plenaria de la C\u00e1mara aprob\u00f3 el proyecto de acto legislativo que crea la Jurisdicci\u00f3n Agraria y Rural, para que haya jueces en los territorios que resuelvan de manera pronta los conflictos de tierras.
