{"id":52323,"date":"2023-05-12T11:53:29","date_gmt":"2023-05-12T16:53:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=52323"},"modified":"2023-05-12T11:53:29","modified_gmt":"2023-05-12T16:53:29","slug":"asegurado-sujeto-que-habria-hurtado-un-establecimiento-comercial-en-neiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/asegurado-sujeto-que-habria-hurtado-un-establecimiento-comercial-en-neiva\/","title":{"rendered":"Asegurado sujeto que habr\u00eda hurtado un establecimiento comercial en Neiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Como Andr\u00e9s Felipe Bonilla Herrera fue identificado el hombre que habr\u00eda hurtado dinero en un local comercial en Neiva (Huila).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la investigaci\u00f3n, el 12 de julio pasado el procesado irrumpi\u00f3 una distribuidora de huevos del barrio San Pedro en la capital huilense donde intimid\u00f3 con arma de fuego forceje\u00f3 a uno de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al parecer, en desarrollo del robo se apropi\u00f3 de m\u00e1s de 17 millones de pesos, un celular y un computador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda le traslad\u00f3 escrito de acusaci\u00f3n como presunto responsable del delito de hurto calificado y agravado, cargo no acept\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Funcionarios del Cuerpo T\u00e9cnico de Investigaci\u00f3n (CTI) con el apoyo de Sijin de la Polic\u00eda Nacional, capturaron al procesado en las instalaciones de la Fiscal\u00eda en Neiva (Huila).
