por proxenetismo con un menor de edad"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En los planes de control y y solicitud de antecedentes que adelanta el Departamento de Polic\u00eda Huila en los municipios de su jurisdicci\u00f3n, fue capturada una mujer de 33 a\u00f1os de edad en el municipio de \u00cdquira, la cual, es requerida por el juzgado penal municipal con funci\u00f3n control de garant\u00edas n\u00famero 8 de Neiva, por el delito de proxenetismo con menor de edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es de aclarar que este delito contemplado en el art\u00edculo 213A del c\u00f3digo penal nos dice que: El que con \u00e1nimo de lucro para s\u00ed o para un tercero o para satisfacer los deseos sexuales de otro, organice, facilite o participe de cualquier forma en el comercio carnal o la explotaci\u00f3n sexual de otra persona menor de 18 a\u00f1os, incurrir\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n de catorce (14) a veinticinco (25) a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mujer fue dejada a disposici\u00f3n de las autoridades
