{"id":52408,"date":"2023-05-14T12:47:13","date_gmt":"2023-05-14T17:47:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=52408"},"modified":"2023-05-14T12:47:14","modified_gmt":"2023-05-14T17:47:14","slug":"2-mujeres-capturadas-por-presunta-comercializacion-de-narcoticos-en-su-hogar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/2-mujeres-capturadas-por-presunta-comercializacion-de-narcoticos-en-su-hogar\/","title":{"rendered":"2 mujeres capturadas, por presunta comercializaci\u00f3n de narc\u00f3ticos en su hogar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Polic\u00eda Metropolitana de Neiva en desarrollo del plan de \u00abSeguridad Humana\u00bb, dispuesto por el gobierno nacional, logra la captura de 2 mujeres, presuntamente responsables de tr\u00e1fico de estupefacientes en la comuna 7 de esta ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta forma, unidades de la Seccional de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal SIJIN en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n, mediante el desarrollo de 2 diligencias de allanamiento y registro a inmuebles ubicados en el barrio San Mart\u00edn; logra la captura de Tania Brillith Rojas Prieto, de 27 a\u00f1os de edad y de Wendy Dayana Ninco Vargas de 22 a\u00f1os; a quienes se les incauta 11.300 gramos de Marihuana y 20 gramos de Bazuco, listos para su empaque y dosificaci\u00f3n. Igualmente, la suma de $350.000 pesos en billetes de baja denominaci\u00f3n, al parecer producto de la venta del alucin\u00f3geno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas dos mujeres, que en el caso de \u00abTania Brillith\u00bb registra dos sentencias condenatorias superiores a los 9 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n, al ser hallada responsable de los delitos de Concierto para delinquir y Tr\u00e1fico de estupefacientes; y en el caso de \u00abWendy Dayana\u00bb, una sentencia condenatoria mayor a los 2 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n por el delito de tr\u00e1fico de Estupefacientes; fueron dejadas a disposici\u00f3n por parte de la Fiscal\u00eda ante un juez de control de garant\u00edas, donde se les determin\u00f3 medida intramural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con este resultado afectamos de manera directa el tr\u00e1fico de narc\u00f3ticos en esta zona de la ciudad, impidiendo la comercializaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 5.000 dosis de estos estupefacientes y el recaudo ilegal de m\u00e1s de 10 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El se\u00f1or Coronel Juan Pablo Ruiz Rodr\u00edguez, Comandante de la Polic\u00eda Metropolitana de Neiva, manifest\u00f3: Agradecemos a la comunidad la oportuna informaci\u00f3n que nos permiti\u00f3 identificar y erradicar este sitio de expendio en el barrio San Mart\u00edn de esta ciudad, que tanto da\u00f1o le hac\u00eda a los j\u00f3venes de la comuna 6, 7 y 8 de Neiva.
