{"id":5262,"date":"2020-08-14T07:51:59","date_gmt":"2020-08-14T12:51:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=5262"},"modified":"2020-08-14T07:52:00","modified_gmt":"2020-08-14T12:52:00","slug":"mucho-cuidado-con-los-estafadores-en-cuanto-a-proyectos-de-vivienda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/mucho-cuidado-con-los-estafadores-en-cuanto-a-proyectos-de-vivienda\/","title":{"rendered":"Mucho cuidado con los estafadores en cuanto a proyectos de vivienda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luego de conocer que <strong>un grupo de personas est\u00e1 ofreciendo mejoramientos de vivienda y proyectos de vivienda<\/strong>, detr\u00e1s de Jardines El Para\u00edso y en los bloques de Mar\u00eda Paula, a nombre de la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva, la secretaria de Vivienda y H\u00e1bitat, Esperanza Monta\u00f1o hizo <strong>un llamado a la ciudadan\u00eda a no dejarse enga\u00f1ar.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNos ha llegado informaci\u00f3n, y algunas personas me han llamado a preguntarme si es verdad que detr\u00e1s de Jardines El Para\u00edso, en el sur, nosotros estamos dando vivienda nueva o mejoramientos, porque <strong>hay personas inescrupulosas que est\u00e1n ofreciendo a 10 o 15 millones de pesos, y que despu\u00e9s el Alcalde les va a dar la viabilidad para ello con promesa de compraventa<\/strong>. Lo mismo por detr\u00e1s de Mar\u00eda Paula, dicen que est\u00e1n vendiendo unos lotes. Yo quiero hacer un llamado a la comunidad y aclarar que<strong> ninguno de los dos proyectos tienen que ver con el municipio, directamente Secretar\u00eda de Vivienda, ni mucho menos con el Alcalde,<\/strong> que no se dejen enga\u00f1ar\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, indic\u00f3 que los canales oficiales donde se dan a conocer estos proyectos que benefician a la comunidad, se hacen por las p\u00e1ginas oficiales de la Alcald\u00eda Municipal y de Gorky Mu\u00f1oz Calder\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cCualquier duda o inquietud con mucho gusto nosotros aqu\u00ed en la Secretar\u00eda de Vivienda les estamos dando informaci\u00f3n para los proyectos, de igual manera lo vamos a estar publicado por todas las redes sociales, por la p\u00e1gina de la Alcald\u00eda. Los invito a que est\u00e9n pendientes por la p\u00e1gina de la Alcald\u00eda, donde van a tener mayor informaci\u00f3n, lo dem\u00e1s son especulaci\u00f3n y por favor est\u00e9n pendientes para que no se dejen enga\u00f1ar\u201d, concluy\u00f3 la Secretaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La funcionaria record\u00f3 que <strong>por el momento la \u00fanica convocatoria abierta y disponible es la de mejoramientos de vivienda<\/strong>, la cual est\u00e1 habilitada hasta el 31 de agosto. Para ello deben ingresar a la p\u00e1gina web www.alcaldianeiva.gov.co y si la vivienda se encuentra en uno de los 51 barrios priorizados y cumple con los requisitos que all\u00ed est\u00e1n
