18 obras en Neiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Administraci\u00f3n Municipal, en un trabajo conjunto entre la Direcci\u00f3n de Justicia, la Secretar\u00eda de Planeaci\u00f3n y el acompa\u00f1amiento de la Polic\u00eda Metropolitana, adelant\u00f3 una <strong>recorrido por diferentes barrios del norte, sur y oriente de la ciudad<\/strong>, con el prop\u00f3sito de<strong> verificar y constatar<\/strong> que las <strong>obras de construcci\u00f3n que se vienen desarrollando, cumplan con las respectivas licencias.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La inspecci\u00f3n realizada identific\u00f3 que 1<strong>8 obras no contaban con la documentaci\u00f3n necesaria<\/strong>, por lo que fueron suspendidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe realizaron operativos en todo Neiva en donde el tema es la suspensi\u00f3n de <strong>obras que no contaban con su licencia  algunos, predios ubicados en el costado oriental<\/strong> del barrio cuarto centenario donde se va a construir la Avenida Circunvalar del Oriente, estos predios del sector rural\u201d, inform\u00f3 el director de Justicia, Nelson Pati\u00f1o. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El funcionario agreg\u00f3 que personas inescrupulosas estar\u00edan vendiendo lotes sin contar con los documentos de propiedad y sin licencias de construcci\u00f3n, por lo que se puso en alerta a la comunidad para que no se deje enga\u00f1ar y no pierdan sus recursos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual manera, el Director de Justicia mencion\u00f3 que durante estas visitas fueron requeridos los propietarios de tres locales comerciales donde se expende licor, ya que no estar\u00edan cumpliendo con C\u00f3digo Nacional de Polic\u00eda y el \u00faltimo decreto municipal que proh\u00edbe el consumo de bebidas embriagantes en negocios, lo que genera el cierre del establecimiento. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el marco de este operativo se invit\u00f3 a la comunidad para que est\u00e9n alerta y <strong>no sean v\u00edctimas de estafas al momento de adquirir lotes y
