{"id":53510,"date":"2023-05-30T07:04:03","date_gmt":"2023-05-30T12:04:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=53510"},"modified":"2023-05-30T07:04:06","modified_gmt":"2023-05-30T12:04:06","slug":"procuraduria-pide-a-la-jep-se-prioricen-y-agilicen-los-tramites-de-acreditacion-de-victimas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/procuraduria-pide-a-la-jep-se-prioricen-y-agilicen-los-tramites-de-acreditacion-de-victimas\/","title":{"rendered":"Procuradur\u00eda pide a la JEP se prioricen y agilicen los tr\u00e1mites de acreditaci\u00f3n de v\u00edctimas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n, en su intervenci\u00f3n durante la audiencia de observaciones de las v\u00edctimas, a las versiones rendidas por el general Mario Montoya y otros militares que integraron la Cuarta Brigada del Ej\u00e9rcito,<strong>&nbsp;reiter\u00f3 la necesidad de que se facilite el proceso de acreditaci\u00f3n a las v\u00edctimas&nbsp;<\/strong>que est\u00e9n interesadas en ingresar a la Jurisdicci\u00f3n Especial para la Paz,&nbsp;<strong>a partir de criterios de buena fe y la credibilidad&nbsp;<\/strong>que suponen sus relatos, para que no haya obst\u00e1culos que tengan que ver con documentaci\u00f3n o con pruebas, m\u00e1s all\u00e1, que puedan afectarlas definitivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El delegado Jairo Acosta Aristiz\u00e1bal pidi\u00f3 a la magistratura que al momento de acreditar estas v\u00edctimas se tengan en cuenta las \u201c<em>(\u2026) l\u00edneas jurisprudenciales que se han fijado por la sala de apelaciones, en cuanto a cargas m\u00ednimas y que se materialice el principio prov\u00edctima<\/em>\u201d, ya que&nbsp; \u201c<em>(\u2026) las v\u00edctimas no tienen por qu\u00e9 estar supeditadas a que se reconozca o identifique su agresor; a que se reconozca o se identifique expl\u00edcitamente la facci\u00f3n que la agredi\u00f3 (\u2026<\/em><em>)<\/em>\u00ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El representante de la Procuradur\u00eda reconoci\u00f3 el&nbsp;<strong>valor y los aportes de los relatos de las v\u00edctimas y precis\u00f3 que los agresores tienen que saber cu\u00e1nto da\u00f1o hicieron<\/strong>, los sufrimientos dejaron, y cu\u00e1ntas necesidades est\u00e1n pendientes. \u201c<em>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las ejecuciones hemos hablado de desplazamientos, de secuestros, de torturas, de encubrimientos, de da\u00f1os a bienes, de apoderamientos de bienes, de p\u00e1nico, de terror. Esto es otro term\u00f3metro importante para poder medir la magnitud de lo sucedido y para comprometer, por supuesto, a todos los que estamos aqu\u00ed, encabezados por la jurisdicci\u00f3n, en ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>As\u00ed mismo solicit\u00f3 a la magistratura contemplar:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8211; La pertinencia de convocar a versiones colectivas en aras de poder cerrar algunas brechas de verdad y facilitar escenarios de contradicci\u00f3n, ojal\u00e1 con algunos efectivos que ya hayan tenido algunas aceptaciones previas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; La ampliaci\u00f3n a otros grupos de la priorizaci\u00f3n de casos, a la luz de lo que en esta audiencia se ha escuchado, y en consideraci\u00f3n a las constantes solicitudes de las organizaciones de v\u00edctimas y de la Procuradur\u00eda.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; Que se realicen con urgencia, llamados necesarios para proferir actos de determinaci\u00f3n de hechos y conductas concluyentes; que se haga un llamado completo al estado mayor de la cuarta brigada, de los a\u00f1os 2001 y 2007, \u201c(<em>\u2026) y que se convoquen las ampliaciones de versiones voluntarias, que sean necesarias, de cara a lo que se ha escuchado hoy<\/em>\u201d, indic\u00f3 el procurador delegado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n solicit\u00f3 que&nbsp;<strong>se le pregunte a la Fiscal\u00eda,<\/strong>&nbsp;qu\u00e9 se ha hecho en torno a las averiguaciones de tantos y tantos hechos que esta regi\u00f3n ha soportado, y que por supuesto debi\u00f3 seguir investigando y documentando todo el tiempo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con respecto a los tiempos que se tome la JEP frente a este macrocaso se\u00f1al\u00f3 el delegado \u201c<em>De pronto, puede sonar algo fuerte, hay una cierta urgencia en este caso porque tenemos un riesgo, y es que de viejos se mueran los responsables sin dar verdad<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, la Procuradur\u00eda&nbsp;<strong>reconoci\u00f3 la enorme disposici\u00f3n de la sala con respecto a este macrocaso<\/strong>, y entendiendo la necesidad de fortalecer el ejercicio de la magistratura, el procurador delegado hizo un llamado a la presidencia de la jurisdicci\u00f3n, al Ministerio de Justicia y al Gobierno Nacional para que robustezca la jurisdicci\u00f3n, y en especial la sala, a efectos de que pueda f\u00edsicamente tramitar de manera oportuna todas estas necesidades, frente a la alta demanda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Procuradur\u00eda General
