de Corte Interamericana a favor de Gustavo Petro"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p> La Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos\u00a0(Corte IDH) declar\u00f3 responsable al\u00a0Estado colombiano por las violaciones a los derechos pol\u00edticos de Gustavo Petro\u00a0que se vieron afectados como consecuencia de la sanci\u00f3n disciplinaria de destituci\u00f3n como<br>Alcalde Mayor de Bogot\u00e1 e inhabilitaci\u00f3n por el t\u00e9rmino de 15 a\u00f1os para ocupar cargos\u00a0p\u00fablicos, sanci\u00f3n que le fue impuesta en diciembre de 2013 por la Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la Corte, la decisi\u00f3n del entonces procurador\u00a0<strong>Alejandro Ordo\u00f1ez<\/strong>\u00a0es una violaci\u00f3n a la\u00a0<strong>Convenci\u00f3n Americana sobre Derechos<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Humanos<\/strong>\u00a0en varios aspectos como la presunci\u00f3n de inocencia, derecho a la defensa, garant\u00eda de imparcialidad y principio de\u00a0<strong>jurisdiccionalidad<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ahora la sentencia no le ha sido notificada a Petro, y all\u00ed se le da un plazo prudencial a Colombia para que modifique su
