{"id":54229,"date":"2023-06-09T05:08:20","date_gmt":"2023-06-09T10:08:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=54229"},"modified":"2023-06-09T05:08:26","modified_gmt":"2023-06-09T10:08:26","slug":"apoyo-para-el-sector-panelero-de-santa-maria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/apoyo-para-el-sector-panelero-de-santa-maria\/","title":{"rendered":"Apoyo para el sector panelero de Santa Mar\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Se vienen&nbsp;<strong>aunando esfuerzos<\/strong>&nbsp;para mejorar las&nbsp;<strong>condiciones productivas de familias paneleras del municipio de Santa Mar\u00eda<\/strong>, beneficiadas con la implementaci\u00f3n de trapiches comunitarios, as\u00ed como de equipos y utensilios para la producci\u00f3n de panela, financiados con recursos del Sistema General de Regal\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas familias, de la mano del SENA ahora son&nbsp;<strong>capacitadas en la transformaci\u00f3n de este endulzante natural,<\/strong>&nbsp;para obtener nuevos productos y agregar valor a esta actividad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frente a esta alianza se expres\u00f3 el Secretario T\u00e9cnico de la Cadena Ca\u00f1a-Panela, Luis Carlos Becerra, quien sostuvo que el SENA ha sido un aliado estrat\u00e9gico muy importante y que permite adelantar destacados procesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPor instrucciones directas del Gobernador del Huila se ha venido articulando el trabajo con las entidades competentes en cada uno de los sectores, el SENA ha sido muy receptivo, entre otras instituciones que nos han ayudado avanzar con los productores que hacen parte de esta cadena tan importante para el departamento del Huila, como es la panela\u201d, sostuvo el profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jos\u00e9 Alfredo Gurardo, instructor de agroindustria SENA La Angostura, indic\u00f3 que lo que se pretende es&nbsp;<strong>que los productores de panela de este municipio tengan un horizonte m\u00e1s amplio&nbsp;<\/strong>en cuanto a la diversificaci\u00f3n de productos obtenidos a partir de este endulzante: \u201cEl objetivo que tenemos con Santa Mar\u00eda, es&nbsp;<strong>impulsar el desarrollo agroeon\u00f3mico de la comunidad,<\/strong>&nbsp;con el fin de capacitarlos en&nbsp;<strong>transformaci\u00f3n de la ca\u00f1a panelera en subproductos<\/strong>&nbsp;que pudieran generar valor e innovaci\u00f3n, con el fin de incrementar sus ingresos\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se vienen&nbsp;aunando esfuerzos&nbsp;para mejorar las&nbsp;condiciones productivas de familias paneleras del municipio de Santa Mar\u00eda, beneficiadas con la implementaci\u00f3n de trapiches comunitarios, as\u00ed como de equipos y utensilios para la producci\u00f3n de panela, financiados con recursos del Sistema General de Regal\u00edas.
