para fortalecer al sector arrocero"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Teniendo en cuenta que&nbsp;<strong>el sector arrocero del departamento afronta varios desaf\u00edos<\/strong>, la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila impulsa el proyecto \u201cDesarrollo de estrategias ecoeficientes y transferencia de conocimiento para mejorar la productividad de peque\u00f1os productores de arroz bajo el sistema de trasplante mecanizado en el centro y norte del departamento Huila\u201d, desarrollado en articulaci\u00f3n con Agrosavia, Universidad Surcolombiana, el SENA y Fedearroz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de esta iniciativa&nbsp;<strong>financiada con recursos por m\u00e1s de $2.700 millones,<\/strong>&nbsp;se busca desarrollar y transferir&nbsp;<strong>pr\u00e1cticas ecoeficientes de manejo integrado del sistema productivo de arroz&nbsp;<\/strong>por trasplante mecanizado para mejorar la productividad del cultivo, impactando a peque\u00f1os productores de los municipios de Palermo y Campoalegre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este proyecto consiste en&nbsp;<strong>cambiar las pr\u00e1cticas de siembra tradicionales, por la implementaci\u00f3n de bancos de semilla germinados en bandejas<\/strong>, que luego son transferidas a las m\u00e1quinas trasplantadoras, las cuales ubican las pl\u00e1ntulas de arroz en el sitio definitivo, lo que reduce la cantidad de semilla necesaria para cubrir una determinada \u00e1rea, as\u00ed como la cantidad de agroinsumos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De otro lado los d\u00edas 14 y 15 de junio se har\u00e1 la entrega y&nbsp;<strong>puesta en funcionamiento de las m\u00e1quinas trasplantadoras<\/strong>&nbsp;en el Centro de Formaci\u00f3n Agroindustrial la Angostura del SENA, en el municipio de Campoalegre, y la granja experimental de la Universidad Surcolombiana, en el municipio de Palermo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hacerle frente a los altos costos<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Frente a este novedoso proyecto se expres\u00f3 el secretario de Agricultura y Miner\u00eda del Huila, Dilberto Trujillo Duss\u00e1n, quien sostuvo que con esta estrategia se busca h<strong>acer frente a los altos costos de producci\u00f3n del sector<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cUna de las pol\u00edticas trazadas por el gobernador Luis Enrique Duss\u00e1n L\u00f3pez ha sido,&nbsp;<strong>a problemas estructurales soluciones estructurales<\/strong>, y es lo que venimos trabajando en el tema de arroz con varias propuestas, una de estas de ciencia y tecnolog\u00eda que viene siendo ejecutada por aliados estrat\u00e9gicos, que consiste en validar la tecnolog\u00eda de trasplante de pl\u00e1ntulas, (\u2026) en Colombia ha sido tradicional implementar el cultivo desde la siembra de la semilla en lote, lo que permite hacer solo dos cosechas en el a\u00f1o, mientras que con este mecanismo que permite producir las pl\u00e1ntulas, y luego de determinado tiempo pasarlas al cultivo final, vamos a tener la posibilidad de
