{"id":54580,"date":"2023-06-14T18:08:24","date_gmt":"2023-06-14T23:08:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=54580"},"modified":"2023-06-14T18:08:25","modified_gmt":"2023-06-14T23:08:25","slug":"huila-ya-piensa-en-el-fenomeno-del-nino","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/huila-ya-piensa-en-el-fenomeno-del-nino\/","title":{"rendered":"Huila ya piensa en el fen\u00f3meno del ni\u00f1o"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Una importante agenda se desarroll\u00f3 en la&nbsp;<strong>XXVI Mesa T\u00e9cnica Departamental Agroclim\u00e1tica<\/strong>&nbsp;llevada a cabo en estancias de la Gobernaci\u00f3n, y en la que se trataron temas como el seguimiento clim\u00e1tico del mes de mayo,&nbsp;<strong>se analiz\u00f3 el Fen\u00f3meno de El Ni\u00f1o,<\/strong>&nbsp;se hizo una&nbsp;<strong>predicci\u00f3n clim\u00e1tica para los meses de junio, julio y agosto<\/strong>, y se presentaron instrumentos financieros para hacer frente al verano inminente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s del Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, la Oficina Departamental para la Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo de Desastres del Huila, la Secretar\u00eda de Agricultura Departamental, el IDEAM, la Universidad Surcolombiana, la Corporaci\u00f3n Aut\u00f3noma Regional del Alto Magdalena CAM, el Banco Agrario, y el Fondo para el Financiamiento del Sector Agropecuario- Finagro, representantes del sector productivo y enlaces municipales participaron tambi\u00e9n de esta mesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El IDEAM inform\u00f3 que&nbsp;<strong>se espera hasta un 20% de disminuci\u00f3n de lluvias<\/strong>&nbsp;durante los meses de agosto, septiembre, octubre y noviembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Afectaciones en todos los frentes<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el Gobernador del Huila,&nbsp;<strong>no es s\u00f3lo el sector agropecuario, sino que la afectaci\u00f3n va mucho m\u00e1s all\u00e1<\/strong>, estableciendo que ese plan de contingencia va a estar enmarcado en el sistema de gesti\u00f3n del riesgo de desastres, donde hay que proteger temas de consumo humano, establecer d\u00f3nde va a haber disminuci\u00f3n de agua, seguido del tema agr\u00edcola y pecuario, los efectos en la ganader\u00eda, la piscicultura, el turismo y la energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cY esto significa<strong>&nbsp;un tema de presupuestos para cada actividad que se vaya a realizar en el marco de ese plan de contingencia,<\/strong>&nbsp;con recursos gestionados en todos los \u00f3rdenes: nacional, departamental y municipal. Invitar al Gobierno Nacional desde ya, a que se vincule para que no nos pase lo de la emergencia del fen\u00f3meno anterior, en donde casi toda la plata la pusimos del gobierno departamental y muy pocos aportes del ente nacional. Entonces la tarea es articularnos desde ya, con nuestro plan de contingencia departamental al nacional\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobernador del Huila tambi\u00e9n propuso la&nbsp;<strong>realizaci\u00f3n de talleres<\/strong>&nbsp;con Finagro, el Banco Agrario, otros bancos y compa\u00f1\u00edas de seguros, sobre ofertas financieras a empresarios del campo y con ello&nbsp;<strong>prever las afectaciones y soluciones&nbsp;<\/strong>a las cadenas productivas del Huila.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Una importante agenda se desarroll\u00f3
