{"id":54700,"date":"2023-06-16T07:15:52","date_gmt":"2023-06-16T12:15:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=54700"},"modified":"2023-06-16T07:15:53","modified_gmt":"2023-06-16T12:15:53","slug":"llamado-a-legisladores-a-estudiar-reforma-laboral-para-recuperar-derechos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/llamado-a-legisladores-a-estudiar-reforma-laboral-para-recuperar-derechos\/","title":{"rendered":"Llamado a legisladores a estudiar reforma laboral para recuperar derechos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Con presencia de j\u00f3venes estudiantes del SENA (Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje), y otros sectores de juventudes, se realiz\u00f3 en la Plaza N\u00fa\u00f1ez del Congreso, la Audiencia Publica \u201cReforma laboral y juventud trabajadora\u201d, por iniciativa del senador&nbsp;<strong>Wilson Arias Castillo, Coalici\u00f3n Pacto Hist\u00f3rico,<\/strong>&nbsp;ejercicio democr\u00e1tico que confirm\u00f3 la urgente conveniencia de la reforma laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El congresista&nbsp;<strong>Arias Castillo<\/strong>, se dirigi\u00f3 a los j\u00f3venes presentes: \u201cLa educaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica es indispensable para el pa\u00eds, y Ustedes, como aprendices del SENA, jam\u00e1s deben renunciar al estudio, porque sirve para redimir derechos y explorar en nuevos conocimientos, m\u00e1s en este gobierno que ha facilitado la gratuidad acad\u00e9mica para evitar la deserci\u00f3n juvenil de los claustros estudiantiles\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Record\u00f3 el senador del Pacto Hist\u00f3rico, al inicio de la audiencia: \u201cCon los estudiantes del Sena marchamos, para que nos respeten el contrato de aprendizaje; la reforma laboral es para beneficio de todos, porque van a mejorar nuestro salario. Volver\u00e1n las horas extras y el pago de los dominicales. Gracias a Ustedes que est\u00e1n aqu\u00ed sin ser obligados.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manifest\u00f3 por \u00faltimo el congresista Vallecaucano&nbsp;<strong>Wilson<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Arias<\/strong>: \u201cLuego de 30 a\u00f1os, se demuestra que los trabajadores tenemos la raz\u00f3n: Si el empleado gana m\u00e1s, consume m\u00e1s, y se genera m\u00e1s empleo; y el contrato de aprendizaje tiene que ver con la producci\u00f3n, aunque algunos congresistas dicen que la reforma laboral no conviene, pero estoy convencido que es lo mejor que le puede pasar al pa\u00eds\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para Mar\u00eda Fernanda Alfonso, l\u00edder laboral del Sena, \u201clos trabajadores del Sena respaldamos la reforma laboral y estamos dispuestos a salir a las calles para que se proteja el contrato de aprendizaje \u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el mismo sentido, la instructora temporal del Sena Claudia Castro, se\u00f1al\u00f3 \u201cestamos en un proceso de ampliaci\u00f3n de planta, que hemos logrado con las movilizaciones, respaldando la reforma laboral, porque permite recuperar garant\u00edas que perdimos en los gobiernos pasados del centro democr\u00e1tico\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, Julio Mu\u00f1oz, de la consejer\u00eda nacional de la Juventud expres\u00f3: \u201cHay poderes que bloquean el cambio; es importante que se entienda la necesidad de un trabajo digno, y vamos a dar la lucha para lograr esa vida digna en favor de los j\u00f3venes del pa\u00eds\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00f3nica Naranjo otra de las asistentes a la audiencia sostuvo: \u201cLa reforma laboral es una nueva historia para el bienestar de los j\u00f3venes, a quienes los invitamos a estar en las aulas, en los hogares, expresando sobre la novedad positiva de esta reforma laboral, porque la tasa de desempleo ha bajado desde hace varios meses.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte el representante&nbsp;<strong>Gabriel Becerra Y\u00e1\u00f1ez<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Coalici\u00f3n Pacto Hist\u00f3rico<\/strong>&nbsp;afirm\u00f3, \u201cresulta valioso que hoy los j\u00f3venes puedan entrar al congreso, cuando en el pasado se nos hizo dif\u00edcil; hoy les indicamos que solo habr\u00e1 reformas si el pueblo exige las reformas, si los j\u00f3venes piden las reformas en beneficio de las mayor\u00edas, el llamado es a exigir las reformas que beneficien a las mayor\u00edas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al cierre de la audiencia el senador citante, anunci\u00f3, \u201cseguiremos trabajando por estas reformas llueve, truene o relampaguee, porque el deber del congresista es asistir a los debates, mirar al pa\u00eds sobre lo que se est\u00e1 trabajando, esta semana aprobamos una adicci\u00f3n presupuestal al presupuesto de educaci\u00f3n de 2 billones de pesos\u201d, precis\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, el congresista Arias Castillo fue enf\u00e1tico en afirmar: \u201cLo mejor que le dejamos al pa\u00eds es una generaci\u00f3n educada, que es la que va a proteger la nueva generaci\u00f3n de nuestros hijos y nietos; por lo tanto, llamamos a los congresistas a respaldar estas reformas, de lo contrario volvemos a salir a las calles\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;Con presencia de j\u00f3venes estudiantes del SENA (Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje), y otros sectores de juventudes, se realiz\u00f3 en la Plaza N\u00fa\u00f1ez del Congreso, la Audiencia Publica \u201cReforma laboral y juventud trabajadora\u201d, por iniciativa del senador&nbsp;Wilson Arias Castillo, Coalici\u00f3n Pacto Hist\u00f3rico,&nbsp;ejercicio democr\u00e1tico que confirm\u00f3 la urgente conveniencia de la reforma laboral.
