de la Achira en el centro de Neiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Plaza de Banderas de la gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila fue escenario de la&nbsp;<strong>celebraci\u00f3n del d\u00eda de la Achira<\/strong>, con la&nbsp;<strong>participaci\u00f3n de un nutrido grupo de 20 productores&nbsp;<\/strong>que deleitaron a todos con los bizcochos y dem\u00e1s viandas aut\u00f3ctonas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<strong>La Achira es muy emblem\u00e1tica del departamento del Huila<\/strong>, donde quiera que uno va hablan de la Achira huilense, es uno de los cinco productos con denominaci\u00f3n de origen que tiene nuestro departamento, el departamento que m\u00e1s productos tiene con denominaci\u00f3n de origen,<strong>&nbsp;es un orgullo para nosotros, se produce en varios municipios<\/strong>&nbsp;pero especialmente la achira aqu\u00ed en Fortalecillas es muy reconocida, la de Altamira tambi\u00e9n, aqu\u00ed hay expresiones de diferentes productores, emprendedores, y es un producto que alguien que lo pruebe no puede dejar de consumirlo\u201d, resalt\u00f3 el gobernador del Huila, Luis Enrique Duss\u00e1n L\u00f3pez, quien disfrut\u00f3 al igual que todos los participantes de las muestras culturales, la m\u00fasica y danzas que acompa\u00f1aron este gran evento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta feria se hizo un&nbsp;<strong>reconocimiento a los emprendedores de los diferentes municipios<\/strong>&nbsp;de donde se produce el bizcocho de achira, y que hoy en d\u00eda est\u00e1n innovando y sacando nuevos productos derivados de la harina de este tub\u00e9rculo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este es un producto del cual&nbsp;<strong>obtienen su sustento muchas familias en todo el departamento<\/strong>, y generan un impacto positivo en la
