En alocuci\u00f3n, el mandatario inform\u00f3 sobre esta situaci\u00f3n que fue identificada y denunciada por la misma Administraci\u00f3n Municipal. \u201cEs por eso que hoy quiero informar, que gracias a un efectivo control de los recursos P\u00fablicos, como es nuestro deber,<strong> logramos detectar una defraudaci\u00f3n cercana a los 100 millones de pesos<\/strong>, en Las Ceibas, Empresas P\u00fablicas de Neiva\u201d, dijo el mandatario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hallazgo se logr\u00f3, <strong>gracias a un cruce de informaci\u00f3n en un software que adquiri\u00f3 la empresa recientemente<\/strong> y que gener\u00f3 las alertas sobre esta situaci\u00f3n que se habr\u00eda presentado durante el primer semestre. \u201cUn cruce electr\u00f3nico de informaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de una plataforma que adquiri\u00f3 la empresa recientemente, permiti\u00f3 identificar estas inconsistencias. Este procedimiento gener\u00f3 unas alertas, que ayer fueron materializadas a trav\u00e9s de la recolecci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica, que permiti\u00f3 identificar la irregularidad\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez el hecho fue conocido por la gerente de la entidad, Gloria Vanegas, lo comunic\u00f3 al Alcalde, Gorky Mu\u00f1oz, quien es el presidente de la Junta Directiva de la empresa, y junto al equipo de asesores y la oficina de Control Interno Disciplinario, se apersonaron de la situaci\u00f3n, y reunieron la documentaci\u00f3n necesaria para instaurar las respectivas denuncias. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn mi calidad de presidente de la Junta Directiva de la empresa y junto a la gerente, <strong>hemos ordenado realizar las denuncias administrativas, disciplinarias e incluso penales a las que haya lugar con ocasi\u00f3n a esta situaci\u00f3n.<\/strong> Es por eso que esta anomal\u00eda ya est\u00e1 en conocimiento de las autoridades y esperamos que nos ayuden a esclarecer prontamente estos hechos y asegurar el reintegro de los recursos\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsables<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mandatario de los neivanos dijo que <strong>no tolerar\u00e1 ning\u00fan hecho de corrupci\u00f3n, y menos en su administraci\u00f3n,<\/strong> por lo que de inmediato, adem\u00e1s de la denuncia a los entes de control, <strong>se retir\u00f3 del cargo al Tesorero de la entidad<\/strong>, quien ser\u00eda uno de los dos presuntos responsables de este hecho irregular. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn principio, <strong>una o dos personas ser\u00edan las responsables de esta defraudaci\u00f3n a la entidad, <\/strong>pero esperamos que la investigaci\u00f3n nos permita identificar si hay m\u00e1s funcionarios vinculados. Estas personas, entre ellas el Tesorero de la empresa, ya fueron removidas de sus cargos\u201d, denunci\u00f3 el mandatario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que <strong>orden\u00f3 junto con la Gerente, una auditor\u00eda financiera de la entidad<\/strong>, para establecer el monto real de la defraudaci\u00f3n, y entregar esta informaci\u00f3n a los \u00f3rganos de control, medios de comunicaci\u00f3n y a la ciudadan\u00eda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNo toleraremos ning\u00fan hecho de corrupci\u00f3n en nuestra Administraci\u00f3n.
