{"id":55509,"date":"2023-06-28T05:05:12","date_gmt":"2023-06-28T10:05:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=55509"},"modified":"2023-06-28T05:05:14","modified_gmt":"2023-06-28T10:05:14","slug":"campana-por-el-consumo-responsable-de-alcohol-en-el-huila","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/campana-por-el-consumo-responsable-de-alcohol-en-el-huila\/","title":{"rendered":"Campa\u00f1a por el consumo responsable de alcohol en el Huila"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La\u00a0<strong>Secretar\u00eda de Salud Departamental del Huila<\/strong>, desde el componente de Salud Mental, impulsa la\u00a0<strong>campa\u00f1a \u201cPactos por la Vida, saber beber, saber vivir\u201d,<\/strong>\u00a0que busca brindar orientaci\u00f3n en\u00a0<strong>buenas pr\u00e1cticas para controlar el consumo de alcohol.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSalud hace parte del escenario de movilizaci\u00f3n social, de las pr\u00e1cticas culturales del Huila, sabemos que el alcohol hace parte de las actividades folcl\u00f3ricas, hace parte de las fiestas, y por eso se hace \u00e9nfasis en la\u00a0<strong>responsabilidad de los adultos frente a la cero tolerancia de consumo de alcohol en los menores de edad<\/strong>, y frente al\u00a0<strong>consumo responsable en mayores de edad<\/strong>\u201d, destac\u00f3 Luz Elcy Manrique, coordinadora de la Dimensi\u00f3n de Salud Mental, de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud Departamental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPactos por la Vida, saber beber, saber vivir\u201d contempla la estrategia de las 8C que aconseja en los siguientes aspectos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;<strong>Cantidad<\/strong>: tome menos, p\u00e1sela bueno<br>\u2022&nbsp;<strong>Compa\u00f1\u00eda<\/strong>: no beba solo o sola, cuando est\u00e1 solo nadie impide que tome sin control<br>\u2022&nbsp;<strong>Conducci\u00f3n<\/strong>: si va a manejar un veh\u00edculo o moto no consuma alcohol, est\u00e1 prohibido conducir en estado de embriaguez, adem\u00e1s evita situaciones de accidentalidad<br>\u2022&nbsp;<strong>Consistencia<\/strong>: escoja un mismo tipo de licor cuando vaya a beber, las mezclas embriagan m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido.<br>\u2022&nbsp;<strong>Comida<\/strong>: consuma alimentos antes, durante y despu\u00e9s de ingerir licor.<br>\u2022&nbsp;<strong>Cond\u00f3n<\/strong>: el licor \u201cembellece pero tambi\u00e9n entorpece\u201d; si se emborracha es probable que no reconozca con qu\u00e9 pareja se encuentra, lo mejor es estar protegido.<br>\u2022&nbsp;<strong>Calidad<\/strong>: cuando compre licor h\u00e1galo en sitios comercialmente conocidos, as\u00ed previene la compra de licor adulterado.<br>\u2022&nbsp;<strong>Conflictos<\/strong>: evite asistir a lugares peligrosos o departir con personas que puedan generar riesgo para su bienestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entender y practicar h\u00e1bitos de consumo moderado y consciente, es esencial para&nbsp;<strong>evitar los riesgos asociados con el abuso de alcohol<\/strong>, y promueve la salud y el bienestar de las personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed mismo&nbsp;<strong>se fomenta una relaci\u00f3n equilibrada con esta sustancia<\/strong>, evitando el exceso y sus consecuencias negativas tanto a nivel f\u00edsico como psicol\u00f3gico. Adem\u00e1s, el consumo responsable implica respetar la legislaci\u00f3n vigente en cuanto a la edad m\u00ednima para el expendio de bebidas
