{"id":55515,"date":"2023-06-28T05:09:36","date_gmt":"2023-06-28T10:09:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=55515"},"modified":"2023-06-28T05:09:37","modified_gmt":"2023-06-28T10:09:37","slug":"cambios-en-el-gabinete-departamental","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/cambios-en-el-gabinete-departamental\/","title":{"rendered":"Cambios en el gabinete departamental"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Mediante el Decreto No. 194 de 2023, el gobernador del Huila, Luis Enrique Duss\u00e1n L\u00f3pez en uso de sus facultades constitucionales y legales, posesion\u00f3 a\u00a0<strong>Oscar Eduardo Trujillo como Secretario de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Turismo<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed mismo, hizo nombramiento a\u00a0<strong>Nelcy Tovar como secretaria de despacho de la Secretar\u00eda de Cultura del Departamento<\/strong>; y a<strong>\u00a0Claudia Marcela Maya como secretaria de despacho de la Secretar\u00eda de la Mujer, Familia e Inclusi\u00f3n Social.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto luego de que mediante Decreto No. 193 del 26 de junio de 2023, el se\u00f1or Gobernador del Departamento se permitiera<strong>&nbsp;modificar la Planta de Personal de la Administraci\u00f3n Central del Departamento del Huila<\/strong>, y se crearan en la misma los<strong>&nbsp;empleos de secretarios de despacho de las Secretar\u00edas antes mencionadas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sus perfiles<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Claudia Marcela Maya<\/strong>&nbsp;es ingeniera Civil; Especialista en Gerencia de Proyectos y en Planificaci\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica Urbana, con amplia experiencia en el sector social y con las comunidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nelcy Tovar<\/strong>&nbsp;es Psic\u00f3loga de la Universidad Surcolombiana, con Especializaci\u00f3n en Gerencia de Organizaciones de Salud, vinculada al sector cultural desde hace m\u00e1s de 15 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Oscar Eduardo Trujillo&nbsp;<\/strong>es Ingeniero Industrial, Especialista en Alta Gerencia, Especialista en Gerencia de Gesti\u00f3n Humana y Magister en Administraci\u00f3n de Empresas \u2013 MBA. Dentro de su experiencia cuenta con un amplio recorrido, fue L\u00edder Regional del Programa SENA Emprende Rural \u2013 SER, adem\u00e1s se destac\u00f3 como Director de Desarrollo Productivo Negocios e Innovaci\u00f3n CEDESUR, adicionalmente se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como L\u00edder Regional Programa J\u00f3venes Rurales Emprendedores del Sena Regional Huila. Fue tambi\u00e9n director de Negocios JL Consulting, Gerente Agroindustrias Alimentarias San Gabriel, entre otros cargos gerenciales en el sector
