Seg\u00fan la investigaci\u00f3n, el procesado lleg\u00f3 al establecimiento comercial donde labora la v\u00edctima; a quien habr\u00eda insultado y golpeado frente a varias personas que estaban en el lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El reporte oficial entregado por el Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal y Ciencias Forenses dictamin\u00f3 para la mujer una incapacidad de 12 d\u00edas. Hechos similares habr\u00edan ocurrido desde 2018, cuando la pareja inici\u00f3 la relaci\u00f3n sentimental. Seg\u00fan se pudo determinar producto de las agresiones la mujer perdi\u00f3 tres beb\u00e9s; dos en 2020; uno m\u00e1s en 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elsegundo caso implicar\u00eda a Duv\u00e1n Felipe Esquivel Avil\u00e9s, investigado como posible responsable de herir con arma cortopunzante a su excompa\u00f1era sentimental, en noviembre de 2022. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda determin\u00f3 que la mujer fue v\u00edctima de agresiones en v\u00eda p\u00fablica del barrio Luis Carlos Gal\u00e1n. Seg\u00fan se estableci\u00f3, el procesado ubic\u00f3 a la mujer en el lugar donde esperaba el transporte p\u00fablico hacia su trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Labores de polic\u00eda judicial evidenciaron que este tipo de maltratos vendr\u00edan siendo cometidos desde 2020. La mujer recibi\u00f3 una incapacidad medicolegal de siete d\u00edas. Los fiscales trasladaron escrito de acusaci\u00f3n contra los procesados como presuntos autores del delito de violencia intrafamiliar agravada.
