{"id":56084,"date":"2023-07-07T06:04:09","date_gmt":"2023-07-07T11:04:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=56084"},"modified":"2023-07-07T06:04:15","modified_gmt":"2023-07-07T11:04:15","slug":"mas-neivanos-recibieron-el-reconocimiento-de-edificaciones-y-la-resolucion-de-posesion-de-uso-publico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/mas-neivanos-recibieron-el-reconocimiento-de-edificaciones-y-la-resolucion-de-posesion-de-uso-publico\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e1s neivanos recibieron el reconocimiento de edificaciones y la resoluci\u00f3n de posesi\u00f3n de uso p\u00fablico"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El alcalde de Neiva, Gorky Mu\u00f1oz Calder\u00f3n, hizo una nueva entrega de resoluciones de uso p\u00fablico y de reconocimiento de edificaciones de vivienda a otras ocho familias de los barrios Palmas II y Los Machines, en esta oportunidad el corregimiento de Guacirco y Chapinero fueron los beneficiados en el reconocimiento de uso p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSigue siendo satisfactorio seguir generando condiciones a trav\u00e9s de garant\u00edas al ser humano, realmente me genera alegr\u00eda poder seguir desarrollando organizadamente nuestro territorio, la idea era llevar alegr\u00eda a mucha gente pero tambi\u00e9n llevarle a esas personas el desarrollo del territorio y hoy seguimos en ese noble prop\u00f3sito. Hemos legalizado m\u00e1s de cuatro mil familias de Neiva en diferentes asentamientos, pero aparte estamos reconociendo y titulando las edificaciones y eso es lo que a uno le satisface d\u00eda a d\u00eda\u201d, indic\u00f3 el mandatario de los neivanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el acto tambi\u00e9n se hizo entrega de reconocimientos de edificaciones de vivienda a ocho familias de los barrios Palmas II y Los Machines que ahora ya cuentan con la documentaci\u00f3n respectiva para poder acceder a mejoramientos de vivienda de orden nacional, departamental y municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cContinuamos beneficiando a mucha m\u00e1s poblaci\u00f3n del municipio de Neiva, hoy estamos entregando resoluciones de acreditaci\u00f3n de posesi\u00f3n y declaratoria de uso p\u00fablico en varios equipamientos del corregimiento de Chapinero y de la vereda de San Francisco, tambi\u00e9n hicimos entrega de ocho resoluciones de reconocimiento de edificaciones beneficiando a comunidades de los barrios Machines y Palmas II, y hasta el \u00faltimo d\u00eda de esta Administraci\u00f3n continuaremos trabajando con este prop\u00f3sito en aras de beneficiar a mucha m\u00e1s poblaci\u00f3n\u201d, expres\u00f3 Nelly Vega Cabrera, directora de Legalizaci\u00f3n de Asentamientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images comunidad del corregimiento de Chapinero, recibi\u00f3 por parte del Alcalde el reconocimiento de uso p\u00fablico donde se acredita la posesi\u00f3n y se declaran de uso p\u00fablico y servicio p\u00fablico los lotes destinados al puesto de Salud, la Cancha M\u00faltiple (Polideportivo, Parque Infante y Parque Biosaludable), Cancha de Microf\u00fatbol y la Cancha de F\u00fatbol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n los habitantes de la vereda San Francisco del corregimiento de Guacirco recibieron los lotes de la escuela incluyendo la cancha, Caseta Comunal, Inspecci\u00f3n de Polic\u00eda, Puesto de Salud, Jard\u00edn Infantil, Matadero y Planta de Tratamiento de Agua Potable donde por m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os esperaron que este sue\u00f1o se hiciera realidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, la comunidad que fue beneficiada de estos reconocimientos qued\u00f3 agradecida con la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva por hacer posible esta gesti\u00f3n, que llevaban
