{"id":56718,"date":"2023-07-18T06:59:40","date_gmt":"2023-07-18T11:59:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=56718"},"modified":"2023-07-18T06:59:41","modified_gmt":"2023-07-18T11:59:41","slug":"contraloria-profiere-fallo-contra-de-guillermo-grosso-exagente-especial-interventor-de-saludcoop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/contraloria-profiere-fallo-contra-de-guillermo-grosso-exagente-especial-interventor-de-saludcoop\/","title":{"rendered":"Contralor\u00eda profiere fallo contra de Guillermo Grosso, Exagente Especial Interventor de Saludcoop."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica, a trav\u00e9s de su Unidad de Investigaciones Especiales contra la Corrupci\u00f3n, profiri\u00f3 fallo con responsabilidad fiscal en contra De Guillermo Enrique Grosso Sandoval, en su calidad de Agente Especial Interventor de la EPS SALUDCOOP OC en su momento, por la suma de $297.630 millones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se profiere decisi\u00f3n sobre los hechos declarados de Impacto Nacional mediante el Auto No. 013 del 17 de agosto de 2018 y No. Auto 0003 del 18 de enero de 2019. A trav\u00e9s de la Unidad de Investigaciones Especiales Contra la Corrupci\u00f3n, se adelant\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n por los diversos hallazgos encontrados en el proceso intervenci\u00f3n y de liquidaci\u00f3n de SALUDCOOP EPS O.C., los cuales han sido objeto de distintas actuaciones fiscales, y de otras autoridades como disciplinarias y penales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El fallo con responsabilidad fiscal se origin\u00f3 por realizar anticipos, girar recursos, falta de seguimiento y control sobre los giros directos, provisi\u00f3n, castigo de cartera a cuentas de sociedades vinculadas al grupo SALUDCOOP y de terceros no vinculados con el mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, el fallo se profiere igualmente al exceder el porcentaje permitido de los gastos de administraci\u00f3n para el a\u00f1o 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica a trav\u00e9s de esta misma Unidad, adelant\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n fiscal en el a\u00f1o 2021 dentro del mencionado proceso mediante Auto No. 1095 del 12 de julio por irregularidades en el proceso intervenci\u00f3n y de liquidaci\u00f3n de SALUDCOOP EPS O.C., por un valor total de $219.734.473.262,78<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica, a trav\u00e9s de su Unidad de Investigaciones Especiales contra la Corrupci\u00f3n, profiri\u00f3 fallo con responsabilidad fiscal en contra De Guillermo Enrique Grosso Sandoval, en su calidad de Agente Especial Interventor de la EPS SALUDCOOP OC en su momento, por la suma de $297.630 millones.
