El material de prueba recaudado evidenci\u00f3 que el hombre lleg\u00f3 al barrio Bella Vista en el referido municipio donde posiblemente aprovech\u00f3 la oscuridad para ingresar de manera violenta a la casa de la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Labores de polic\u00eda judicial evidenciaron que el procesado, al parecer, sac\u00f3 de la habitaci\u00f3n a la mujer hal\u00e1ndola por el cabello, y tras golpearla en distintas partes del cuerpo la habr\u00eda amenazado con provocarle da\u00f1os permanentes en su rostro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los gritos de auxilio de la v\u00edctima llamaron la atenci\u00f3n de los vecinos quienes avisaron a la Polic\u00eda Nacional, permitiendo la captura del procesado, en situaci\u00f3n de flagrancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al parecer, los constantes celos y el comportamiento agresivo del procesado motivaron a la v\u00edctima a terminar la relaci\u00f3n sentimental 20 d\u00edas atr\u00e1s. La Fiscal\u00eda imput\u00f3 al procesado el delito de acceso carnal violento, el cual fue rechazado por el investigado.
