{"id":57431,"date":"2023-07-31T13:53:51","date_gmt":"2023-07-31T18:53:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=57431"},"modified":"2023-07-31T13:53:52","modified_gmt":"2023-07-31T18:53:52","slug":"policia-de-neiva-aprehende-a-un-sujeto-inmerso-en-hecho-de-homicidio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/policia-de-neiva-aprehende-a-un-sujeto-inmerso-en-hecho-de-homicidio\/","title":{"rendered":"Polic\u00eda de Neiva aprehende a un sujeto, inmerso en hecho de homicidio"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Polic\u00eda Metropolitana de Neiva, como resultado a un trabajo investigativo adelantado por la Unidad B\u00e1sica de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal de la Seccional de Protecci\u00f3n y Servicios Especiales, hace efectiva orden aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de un hombre de 21 a\u00f1os de edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este actor criminal registra orden de aprehensi\u00f3n vigente, expedida por un juzgado penal del circuito para adolescentes con funci\u00f3n de conocimiento, por los delitos de: Homicidio Doloso en concurso con tentativa de Homicidio y fabricaci\u00f3n, tr\u00e1fico, porte o tenencias de armas de fuego, partes o municiones; con el prop\u00f3sito de cumplir sanci\u00f3n de privaci\u00f3n de la libertad en establecimiento especial para adolescentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo al material probatorio, este individuo ser\u00eda el presunto responsable de cometer, cuando ten\u00eda 17 a\u00f1os, el homicidio de Cristian Jefferson Forero Nieto, de 27 a\u00f1os, el d\u00eda 18 de abril de 2018, en el barrio Jos\u00e9 Eustacio Rivera de la ciudad de Neiva, al parecer, por motivos de venganzas personales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este hombre fue dejado a disposici\u00f3n de la autoridad requirente, con el fin de que cumpla con las medidas impuestas anteriormente por la judicatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Continuamos de manera ininterrumpida realizando acciones en contra del delito, por lo cual, invitamos a la ciudadan\u00eda a seguir aportando informaci\u00f3n que nos permita la captura y judicializaci\u00f3n de personas inmersas en actividades il\u00edcitas en nuestra jurisdicci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Polic\u00eda Metropolitana de Neiva, como resultado a un trabajo investigativo adelantado por la Unidad B\u00e1sica de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal de la Seccional de Protecci\u00f3n y Servicios Especiales, hace efectiva orden aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de un hombre de 21 a\u00f1os de edad.
