Blanco, constituy\u00f3 una&nbsp;<strong>agencia especial para que intervenga, en calidad de Ministerio P\u00fablico, en el proceso que adelante la Comisi\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n y Acusaci\u00f3n de la C\u00e1mara de Representantes contra el Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Gustavo Petro,<\/strong>&nbsp;por el presunto ingreso de dineros irregulares a la campa\u00f1a presidencial.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La jefe del \u00f3rgano de control design\u00f3 al procurador Tercero Delegado para la Investigaci\u00f3n y Juzgamiento Penal, quien ser\u00e1 el encargado de<strong>&nbsp;intervenir y hacer acompa\u00f1amiento permanente a las diligencias que se adelanten en desarrollo del caso.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La agencia especial fue constituida tras la denuncia radicada ante la comisi\u00f3n por el senador Jonathan Ferney Pulido Hern\u00e1ndez,<\/strong>&nbsp;luego de las declaraciones hechas por Nicol\u00e1s Petro en el proceso penal adelantado en su contra.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Procuradora General precis\u00f3 que dada la relevancia y trascendencia nacional de los hechos&nbsp;<strong>resulta necesaria la constituci\u00f3n de la agencia especial y, adem\u00e1s, da cumplimiento a la normatividad vigente,&nbsp;<\/strong>que indica que en todos los procesos que se adelanten ante la Comisi\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n y Acusaci\u00f3n es
